We allow returns and exchanges on an order within the first thirty days of receipt if the item(s) are in new, unused condition. Items that have been personalized with embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged. Items bought during the promotion period or during clearance with a discount greater than 15% cannot be returned or exchanged.
There is a $30 return shipping fee per box. The fee will be waived for exchanges. For exchanges, we will send a FedEx shipping label to be dropped off at a FedEx location. We can only send labels for items returned in the original packaging. Items that cannot be shipped back in the original box must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
If the item has been damaged it is not eligible for return or exchange, but it may qualify for replacement under our warranty. Please contact us for additional information.
