They send out letter claiming that you need to file a report for your NJ LLC and pay them $195. This is a SCAM!!! Do not fall for it.

Watch out! I want to leave a very negative review about this business because they are very cunningly sending emails to trick people into spending money. It's very bad. They use deceptive tactics like sending emails disguised as 'State of New Jersey Annual Report' to get money from me. However, I'm puzzled about how they obtained my personal information!

I would leave zero star rating if I could. The CPS organization is a SCAM, preying on businesses who are foolish enough to fall for their alleged service. Do not be their victim. File your annual report on line directly with the State and protect your business from these scam artists and their $195.00 fee.. This is not a service, it is an attempt to compromise your business information. You can not be a victim if you do not fall for their tactics.

Unethical scammers sending official-looking documents that trick you into paying for something you can do yourself online. Don’t fall for it!

Phishing scam claiming to need your LLC annual report with $195 and send it by mail to the pre addressed envelope which is a UPS store mail box. I file my annual report online every year. Don’t fall for this scam.

Official looking document to pay your renewal fees for your LLC including listing the law. Read very carefully as they are only "a private entity, [which] will assist for a fee in the filing of your annual report" - you can do it yourself cheaper! Don't fall for it.

Official "state" document states a required response date. Utilizes an acronym of UCC which when you search for UCC + NJ you are directed to the Uniform Construction Code and other government websites/entities. The form looks like a required annual fee to service a loan with a secured debt that was just drawn. What caught my attention was the field where it was a personal loan, but labeled as a "Business Name." There is absolutely no need to pay for a copy of a lien on personal or business loans - none whatsoever. These are complete scams and I hope this review saves at least one person the trouble of dealing with this entity. The New Jersey Uniform Commercial Code - anything stating Financing Statement Request Form, "UCC Document Number, or the NJ UCC Statement Service" should be ignored. I received 2 letters from these gremlins -- 2022 safety plan order asking for $275.00 and another 2022 annual report for NJ LLCs asking for $165.00. TBH what caught my attention was that this " gov't" organization used a Gmail email account. I googled the names/address and was directed to reports of several SCAMS. Watch out, fellow LLCs...these guys are eager to take your hard-earned money; they prey on honest folks who want to keep their business legitimate in the eyes of the state gov't.
