I placed an order for two shower heads with hoses for my new home, based on an Instagram ad. The product was delivered and does work. My wife purchased a shower head from this company. Our credit card was charged $37.50 plus tax and shipping. The next month our credit card was charged $37.50 two more times! My wife called our credit card company and they told her that there was yet another charge of $37.50 pending. Shower Envy is clearly stealing our money. We denied having ordered any product beyond the initial charge and the credit card company agreed to erase the extra charges, cancel the credit card, and issue a new credit card. Before the final solution she placed many phone calls to Shower Envy and was placed on hold and eventually disconnected. I have no choice but to call Shower Envy a thieving company.Initial Complaint

One or around December 6, 2024. I bought seven showerheads for 127. Something dollars that's not what I'm disputing a month later January 7 they took out $37.78 for a VIP package which I never do that I tried calling him over a dozen times and hours waiting on the phone. No one ever picks up and I emailed them asking them for refund of $37.78 and cancel that VIP I cannot get a response out of them. I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue with my recent purchase from Shower Envy. Sadly, I never received the product & requested a refund. These were intended to be a gift & that event has long passed. They refunded $39.90 but have not issued the $127.80. Offered 20%, now 40% off but I’m not sure of what, as I haven’t received anything! Shower Envy’s website advertises a 60-day hassle-free money-back guarantee, but my experience has been far from hassle-free. A full refund is expected. I have retained all email correspondence and can provide documentation of my efforts to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

In early December 2024, I purchased one (1) Shower Envy. It was shown on my statement on December 4, 2024 for $37.78. I specifically ordered just one to give it a try. On January 17th, 2025, I saw a charge for $37.78 to Shower Envy. Since I did not order more than one and was careful not to subscribe nor ask for more, I called the number listed on my statement on1/20/25. I called and was put on hold. Still waiting for the additional beads I paid for and never received. contacted them 3x no response asked for photos I sent them and proof that I didn't receive I told them I live in the country and picked pkg up at local post office. the shower heads were all that were sent. Also photo shows the whole set up with hose and connection and didn't come with the pkg I had to order and pay for after I got the shower head.. This company in my opinion are crooks and nor reputable at all
