    This business has horrible customer service.. Ignoring your customers and not contacting them is not the best way to do business. I placed an order on Dec27,2023 I received an e-mail from them telling me the order was sent . Then I realized the address had one number incorrect so it was going to the wrong address . I contacted ***** And they told me the item was returned back to the original sender. So I have been e-mailing canyon leaf a few times asking them to please correct the address and send it to me. They have been absolutely silent and do not respond to me at all . I have pd for the **************** collar and if they cant send me the item I would like a refund back to the account it was sent from. I have tried calling but there is no phone number.I would appreciate the BBB to help me resolve this matter

    WILL NEVER BE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If I could put zero I would. The whole process has been absolutely ridiculous. The customer service in this business is LACKING. As a consumer, I was so excited to purchase these items, then upon receiving them I knew immediately they would not fit my daughter, so I checked their website and found their return policy. My items were unworn, unboxed, never even taken out of packaging. I follow directions, pay for shipping and contact the business to make sure it was all done correctly. After not getting a response, which later to be told it was "in my junk folder", I decide to message through ShopApp. After no response there, I try DMing on instagram, TWICE. After no response there I comment on a post, asking for someone to contact me regarding a return, after noticing my comments have been DELETED with no reply, I message again and comment on more posts (comments also have been deleted off their Instagram). After all of that 14 days later (after 1st email) I finally getting a short, rude conversation back. They finally respond to me and tell me to ship back for a refund/return/or store credit. After taking the time to ship them back and pay for that shipping being led to believe I would receive a refund via the email conversations back and forth, they are now telling me I do not qualify for a refund because they are "on sale". Their entire site is always listed at a discounted price than the "original price". Be warned, they have found a way to never have to refund you! I am a young mom with a four month old desperate to help with her teething pain & this purchase affected our family budget to be left with a store credit when I have told them I will never being doing business with them again. They simply do not care. Companies whole motto is BS and claim to support women but intend to scam them. Shame on them. Not to mention at the bottom of each email they attached snotty remarks pertaining to the emails I sent.

    Bought a 6 child bracelet for my son. When my order came in and I tried putting it on my son it was too big. ******** was almost 7 the adult size. After contacting customer service they said all theyre bracelets size very. If they very why not clearly state that and not advertise a specific size. Canyon leaf also does not provide free returns. Ill have to pay the price difference for the 5 size they suggested and the shipping price difference. Yeah no thanks. Wont be buying from this seller again.

    I purchased a few bracelets and necklaces from Canyon Leaf. Upon receiving, I opened one of the bracelets up and the clasp fell off! I emailed them and sent them a picture. They offered to fix it if I pay $40 - the retail of the bracelet was $36! I've never encountered worse customer service.The quality is really really poor. I would not want a child to be near something that can fall apart and they can choke on. This business should be investigated for quality control - especially because they are selling things aimed for use on infants.

    Two separate orders (stupidly came back for more). 1. Infant necklace clasp broke into my 11month olds sleeping neck. Received no apology or acknowledgement of danger to my child and a discount code. Stupidly bought again. 2. Colour diminished and they ACCUSED me of lying when I said she doesnt go in any water using it (as per broken clasp previously) and wrote a demeaning email saying my home water is dangerously contaminated with high levels of chlorine. I really should have found reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. find a company that understands customer service and have some EMPATHY. the entitlement is ridiculous.

    I never received my order. This company refused to address the issue. In this day and age of Internet shopping there is an expectation that a company would reach out to help with an order. They repeatedly sent me tracking information and told me it was my problem not theirs. I shopped with them because they are a woman owned small business. They sell healing and spiritually with their product. Horrible experience. If you want quality customer service do NOT order from **********************.

    I purchased 6 pieces of jewelry from this company for Mothers Day of 2022. Three were for my daughters, ages 6 and 3 (bracelet and necklaces) and the other pieces were for me (necklace, bracelet, anklet). I was happy to support a small-ish business, as I am also a business owner myself. They lasted 7 weeks!! All the necklaces broke as well as my anklet. When I emailed them, only two had broken by then, and THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THEM. They said it was because of the trigger mechanism that helped keep them safe from babies eating them or something.Im not new to ***** teething necklaces. Ive used them for 6 years and I have never had one break so fast. This is clearly a faulty design with their clasps. One shattered in my hands as I was taking it off (so I wasnt tightening too much, as they accused me of doing). The other two had the internal thread bent and they wont stay on now and just fall apart. Ive emailed them four times and have only gotten a $6 off offer. This is ridiculous! I cant pay for necklaces every 7 weeks at the rate theyre breaking. The icing on the cake was when THEY BLOCKED AND DELETED MY COMMENTS on ******** because I ruined their precious glowing comments on their post. I have given them 3 full weeks from my original email to make this right, and they have ghosted me. Hence, I am making this review and reporting them. This company is shady as hell! DO NOT PURCHASE from them.
