    I ordered a *********** **** home charging station on July 12 from ********** The original delivery date was supposed to be late July, then slipped to August, then slipped to September and now it's supposed to be October. The company tells me that *********** is the one that keeps pushing the delivery date. I've received great service from ********* but they seem to be at the mercy of ************ I'd like a response from *********** on the reason for the delays.

    I ordered a ********** charging station on July 30, 2022 and had it installed on August 12, 2022. I purchased my 2022 ******************* on Aug 19, 2022 plugging it into the chargepoint ** charger for the first time on the morning of August 20, 2022. When I first plugged it in the ************* on my phone let me know the car was charging then a few minutes later told me the vehicle was no longer charging. I called Chargepoint Tech Support and spent hours on the phone with them trying to troubleshoot the issue. The representatives from Chargepoint did not seem knowledgeable at all on their product and kept transferring me from person to person. Something did not make sense as to what they were telling me so I called the electrical company ************** the ones I used to install the box to come back to my house to check it out. The electrician checked the work they done and said everything was good on their half then opened the charging station box to notice the wires were fried. The electrician told me the connections were bad on the box and to call chargepoint back immediately as this issue could have damaged my house and car. My refrigerator was having issues afterwards. I called chargepoint and for over a week been getting the run around. They wanted to send me another ** charging station out but I refused because the one they sent me could have burned down my house. I told them I purchased another ** box ********** which works perfectly fine and I just wanted compensation for some of the money I lost paying the electrician. I not only had to take a day off of work but pay to charge my car at other charging stations during the meantime. I have summited photos and invoices to chargepoint but they stated they do cover repairs and stopped communicating with me afterwards.

    Bought a *********** wall charger. It suddenly stopped working no lights no power no wifi connection. *********** ****** not electrical ******** ********* company for replacement since there is a three year warrant (and I bought this on ********* times each time speaking to a rep out of the *** **** me I could not speak to a supervisor nor to the warranty department. **** I had to send an email with my assigned case number which I did but never heard back. ********* them again and was told it was escalated but would I hear back after at least ** hours via email but in reality if they will replace it could take three more weeks if and when I ever get that email with next steps. Meanwhile I cannot home charge my car.

    I was *********** for a service and can't find who to resolve the dispute with. On **** *** ***** I charged my vehicle with a *********** electric vehicle charger at *** ** ****** *** ************** *** I have. **** *********** all electric. It gets about ** miles on a full charge and I was almost completely empty. The price was estimated to just over ** for the full charge according to the Charge point in-app estimator. About ********* (which is extremely expensive). I had to charge or I would be stranded in ****** Valley. I charged from ***** am to ******* for 2 hours and 38 min. I purchased approximately ******** I was charged ******* Not the ** I was expecting. I checked the app for an ******************** I noticed I received a ******** email before 1pm that said the the station owner is changing the price at 1pm to include a *** parking feee. ***** the extraordinary charge of ******* Although, I never consented to a parking fee and had this information been communicated to me in advance if my purchase I would have pushed my car on what little charge it had left to ***** **** to charge somewhere else. Instead I was charged a different price than I had agreed to. I've tried everything to contact *********** and cannot get a hold of anyone. I've sent in an email and no response. I've also tried to get a hold of the property owner, the entity that I technically paid the parking fee and electricity fee to ************ is simply a middleman, an **** for the charging world). I'd like my *** back. And I'd like *********** to stop their practice of ********** fraud on behalf of their ********* against future ********* and ev ******* And I'd like them to have a customer service number available for customers to resolve disputes.
