I ordered a burgundy sofa cover for a love seat and couch. It arrived in bright red. It looks nothing like their picture. I sent an email and received a response with a case number, nothing else. I sent another email, same thing...different case number every time. After 5 emails, different case number each time, I get a response from someone asking why I want to return - I told them the reason in every email. I even wrote to their corporate office - no response. Now I am told I have to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me the wrong item. They are threatening me with their 30-day return policy, but if it's more than 30 days it's because they are not responding to my inquiries. My first inquiry regarding this return was the day I received it. They still will not tell me how to return it. All communication is included. I want them to take this back, pay shipping since it's their error and refund me my $98.93. They have no phone number - only email and mail addresses.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sofa sized cover from these people on 04/17/23 - their advertisement of a 2" strap that holds cover in place (while other covers have a cheaper 1" strap) was a big selling point. I got the cover on 05/04/23 and found that it did NOT have the 2" strap - in fact, it had NO strap at all! I reached out to the company immediately, via email since they do not list a phone number anywhere on their site. I asked for a refund since the cover itself was defective and it was flimsy and cheap looking, not at all like they advertised it. Their policy states that they stand behind their product and would refund or replace to customer's satisfaction. They also have on their site that they respond at all emails within 24 hours. I have emailed at least 8 times with absolutely no acknowledgement nor response. Their policy also states that refunds will be honored only if made within 30 days of receipt........I think they are deliberately not responding to let the grace ****** expire? Sure does seems like. I just want my money back. I am prepared to ship their strapless cover back as it is useless to me. I am attaching pictures of said cover for your reference. Please help.Initial Complaint

Re: order #DOGSOFA#*****, processed on March 9, 2023, and received on March 31. 2023. I ordered two sofa covers, $49.99 each, for a total of $`108.93 US. The covers were advertised as having 2 adjustable straps; the ones I received have no straps at all. The photos of the items ((************************************************************************) show the covers totally covering the entire sofa; the ones I received (ordered in the correct size) are several inches too short. The fabric is cheap and slippery and there is no way it could be secured to a sofa. These are completely useless to me, and I have been unable to get a reply from the company. My complaint is similar many I have read here. On 2/11/23, ordered two 54, supposedly rugged, waterproof sofa covers with elastic securing straps for $88.93. I received two super flimsy covers measuring 48 with no straps. I have contacted the company four times with the email provided on their website, there is no phone number. I have only received an automated response saying someone would contact me in 1-3 business days. There has been zero actual response. I ordered a comfy sofa cover on 11/27/22 for $48.95. It arrived on 12/22/22 (or around this date, the tracking was in Chinese and I'm not sure I can go back and track it). It was much smaller than what I ordered, which was a 70" cover but there was no packing slip or any other paperwork included with the package. I emailed the company on 12/23/22 at the website ***************************** to request an exchange. I got an auto response saying someone would respond to me in 1-2 business days. No one did. I emailed again through their newsletter emails that gave me the same auto response; again no one ever responded. I emailed at least six times alternating between the two emails and nothing happened, no one responded. I decided that it wasn't a trustworthy company and contacted BBB. At this point I'd prefer a refund and I will return the one that was sent, after the refund.Initial Complaint
