      Only one (Versace Pour Hommes) of the six scents I ordered arrived on the 28th of July and when I contacted customer support to inquire about the rest I was consistently given the run around for days and they attempted to gaslight me into believing I threw away the other vials. I thought I had kept it but I was unable to produce the package that the vials were sent in (as I had thrown it away) so my issues were never resolved and customer service never offered a solution.

      order number: 1200843-1944128 May 15th Costed: $32.69 So I ordered 5 scents, 4 of them are real but the one I really wanted was the bleu de chanel which I tested myself atleast 80%-90% diluted of alcohol, 100% fake you spray it and you can tell it's not what it's suppose to smell like, I want either a refund for the bottle($21.97) or a replacement of the real stuff, I don't mind if a spray is used before shipping to test if it's real, I have send multiple emails and have gotten no reply, I just want what I paid for not stuff diluted, idk if they got a fake bottle and didn't bother checking it pouring it travel size bottles but yes this one is fake and heavily diluted with alcohol does not smell like the real stuff at ******

      I did not sign up for their emails or anything to do with this company. All of a sudden they started sending me emails. I have unsubscribed and continue to receive their emails. Clearly, this is their business practice, as I have read numerous complaints about the same thing. This company is liable to a several thousand dollar fine each time they continue sending emails to someone who is unsubscribed. I suggest they change their business practices unless they want to start being sued

      I have never purchased anything from or subscribed to MicroPerfumes, however they continue to send me subscription emails almost every day. I have clicked the unsubscribe link and asked them to remove my email from their mailing list multiple times, and yet they continue to email me. Please have them permanently remove my email from their mailing list.

      The company refuses to remove me from its email list, one that I never registered for and I have not purchased anything from them. I have used the automated form to unsubscribe for over a week now and sent an email as well. Supposedly it takes 24 hours to be updated but it just keeps coming. All I want is for them to respond as they are supposed to and remove me. It should not be this hard. It's the principle of the matter -- do what is right.

      I had got an order for Micro perfumes, the said they were sending me the package and I never received it. I am asking for my refund and they keep saying that the post office delivered it, never got a confirmation on that, checked my cameras, nopackage in his hand to deliver, never got it, they will not refund me anything.

      I place my order (# ******-940209) on 1/27/2023 and received confirmation ($58.57). The shipping confirmation was received on 1/28, 1/29, 1/30 and 2/1. I have yet to receive any part of my order. In 2/16 I submitted an inquiry in their website and I still have not heard anything from them. I would like to receive my order ASAP or a full refund.
