      Order number 601635-903864 Date part of the order arrived 01/09/2023 Date order placed 01/05/2023 at 3:41pm west coast time Order total $48.22 Items **** de ****** Parfum travel sized ($26.99) and a Spice Bomb Extreme travel sized ($31.99)Order 2 travel sized colognes from them one being a **** de ****** Parfum and a Spice Bomb Extreme. The spice bomb extreme wasn't shipped and had a different product sent in its place. They have yet to respond to a request to send the missing item placed on the date the order arrived. The ****** doesn't smell like the product its claimed to be. My guess either a clone or was watered down. It smells more of alchol than the cologne itself and is missing the whole first half of its scent. I don't know what's happening with all that, but it's not the item I ordered. At this point honestly I don't know if they would even send an replacement that was the actual product. So honestly would like a refund on it more than an attempt at a replacement. Kind of the same feeling about the spice bomb as well. At the very least I'd like to have the actual items I paid for, but I rather just be able to whipe my hands clean and just get my money back so I never have to deal with this company again.

      On November 30, 2022 ORDER #******-828650 I was led to believe that I was purchasing a travel size spray bottle of Maison ******* Baccarat Rouge 540 extrait parfum from microperfumes for $49.99 from microperfumes.com (Conoga Park, CA) Upon receiving the item and spraying it onto my skin I discovered the contents was not authentic only a hint of the original scent. Apparently what I received was some type of clear water dilution. Being an owner of this fragrance I know it to have a dark reddish color and is very strong can smelled from several feet away and lingers. I've left a reviews. Try contacting the merchant by email and by phone but to no avail. I am trying to get this issue rectified some type of way. It's not a great feeling to be robbed like. No one should have to endure such agony, humility, violated, and helplessness. Any assistance from BBB would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

      I purchased perfumes samples in June, 2022 from this new company. At the time this company did not have a full website. I received the samples in July they were terrible. I went online and received the info to return my purchase. They stated to make sure you insured the items and had tracking info, company provided address. They did NOT have a full website and did not even have a phone number to call. I sent items off and I waited and waited. They had received the package because I had the tracking. I contacted the company. They said I needed a RMA # to return the package. I told them when I returned the package that was not listed. I went online and the website is brand new. This was not the website I ordered from? I was told again I needed a RMA # and I said you have the package I can't get a RMA number. Now they have my package and I am Not Getting a refund. Are they kidding? They did not even mention a gift certificate. I consider this stealing. Thank You, ********

We never received the return, we were never contacted to inform us that they were making a return we were never given a tracking number. We were only contacted now 2.5 months after the said package was sent out to us, yes i did not offer a refund because as I mentioned that an RMA# is required to return any product back to us and we have never received the package I have searched all returns that we have received (and we do not discard them) and have not received a return with the following tracking number *********************** Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) **** said package was delivered and handed to a person at the desk.       On July 17 my order on thus website was for around $50. Somehow thr website declined my card 4 times and by the time my purchase went through my order was doubled. I can't tell you how this happened but all my items now were quantity 2 instead of 1. Order *************. The company would allow my return and refund if package was sent back. The issue was the package was unmarked or not clearly marked as microperfume and the envelope was opened. The company will no longer refund any of my order. Their company claims you can cancel orders under the account page but that is not possible. I tried using a desktop and clearing cache to no avail. Why claim I can cancel my order before it ships when that isn't possible? This would have all been prevented in the first place had I been able to remedy this before shipping. Now I'm out $117. I want atleast a partial refund since my order was entirely doubled and my quantity doubled, I didn't want 2 of everything. How did this even happen to begin with?

We advise the customer to leave the package unopened and send the products back to us and we can issued a refund once we received it. The customer emailed us back a few days later stating that she had opened the package and that there was no way of telling what the package was for. Our label includes the tracking number and the order# that the order is attached to. I have included one of our labels and the corresponding emails.

      I ordered an item from this company's website. I paid them and have not received a product in return. They stole my money and refuse to reimburse me for what they actually stole. The post office admitted when I called them that they have not delivered a package to my home.

      I purchased (2X) Men's Essential Gift Sets for $62 each, $124 total on 11-11-2021. The order number is XXXXXX-XXXXXX. The same day at a later time I purchased other colognes for $40.78 on order # XXXXXX-XXXXXX. I received 1 box on 11-15-2021 and it had 1 of the first order and somehow the second order in the same box. Obviously I assumed it was both of the Men's essentials gift sets. One was for me and the other supposed to be a Christmas present. So I opened one of them as it was the gift set that i ordered for me. A week or so later I noticed that their website said both packages were delivered. That is when I contacted MicroPerfumes about their error. Sunny absolutely will not listen and the issue continues to go unresolved. This means I did not get both items in order #XXXXXX-XXXXXX. I have been dealing with Sunny by email communication since the end of November and am getting absolutely NO WHERE!
