            They don't stand by their product, service or delivery. They messed up the shipping on my business order for my clients and refused to give me a solution to make me happy and to satisfy my clients. I paid for 52 products and 5 of them were not right - not shipped out correctly. Clients didn't get what they were expecting. Instead of getting a $155 refund, I ended up spending another $300 to order other Holiday Cookies from another company as an apology to my clients for Lady Fortunes mistakes. They made the mistake, but wanted my client to call his 3 clients and ask them to repack the cookies up, call UPS to ship it back, BEFORE Lady Fortune would do anything to correct the situation. Why would they want to inconvenience my client and his clients to get some cookies back that they can't resell or restock when it was their mistake? These were Holiday Gifts, it was suppose to be a happy event - not stressful or frustrating! So very, very upset & disappointed! Buyer Beware!
