The date is 07/01/23 This whole process was an absolute nightmare. They didnt show up on the day they were scheduled to pick up my stuff so after waiting all day I had to reschedule. When I called to complain about this Rad (the actual boss) treated me very poorly even raising his voice at me on the phone. When they finally picked up my stuff and it was locked/loaded on the truck they told me it would cost almost double the original quote. The original quote was $5,900 and I paid $11,100. Upon delivery they were careless with my things. Dropping boxes from waist height (broke a whole plate set, a bunch of decor, a crockpot, and quite a few other things that were bubble wrapped). They also failed to deliver one of my TVs and they broke a very expensive gaming chair. All the furniture was market with what room it was supposed to go in but the majority of it they just put all in one room. When I called again to complain about an hour after delivery (it was a ***** number) I was hung up on and told to call back during business hours. The whole time the movers were they I felt very uncomfortable they made comments about my body and kept trying to show me creepy shirtless photo of themselves instead of working. They also told me many times they didnt want to take the job aka my move since they had to go to *******. They also took out a whole giant tree branch when trying to park in my driveway. I have more photos I can post later but this company needs to be shut down.
