    Ive been dealing with the same issue since roughly summer time 2022. I initially called to redeem my card and did the redemption code as instructed for my 2020-2021 clear cut card. I was so excited because its my favorite player- signed and numbered! I felt super lucky. I know I had to be patient so I was. 9 months went by and I contacted them again, they said the cards hadnt been signed yet but when they were theyd have it out to me. I waited. I called again, 1 April 2024 only to find out that they were out of stock. I was crushed. They asked me for replacement names so I gave them. I called to check in today because its been almost 3 months- the man I spoke to was rude as ****, snooty, snarky and refused to give me his first name when I asked for it. I was then hung up on. I called back four times before someone answered my call again. Same guy, said his supervisor was out at lunch. I asked when they would be back I was told they dont have a schedule and you can leave your number but there is no guarantee youll get a call back. That is by far the worst customer service Ive received from this **********************. This whole debacle has made me realize that I will no longer be a customer of ********************** after-IF I ever get my redemption card. After 35 years, I will no longer buy a single product from upper deck. I called the customer service number around 1135 am on 25 June. Im massively disappointed and disgusted over this whole thing. To believe that I was actually getting a canvas numbered/signed card of my favorite player to being treated like c*** for calling and checking up on some replacement card that hasnt shown up for three months- which I believe I have every right to after I waited so long for my dream card to never show up. Upper deck, youve shown your true colors and youll never get another cent from me.

    Hello, please email ************************************** and we will do our best to assist. If an athlete does not return a card, we must replace it with a card of equal value. If you let us know who the original player was, we will see if another card from that player is available.
