In September of 2022 I sold my 2013 ***** c6 corvette to premier ***** of ******** . The sales persons name was ************** also purchased a 2017 S model ***** at the same time I purchased a warranty alongside with this *****, and I asked to give me the best warranty due to the fact that it was a Tesla not being sold from ***** I asked ****** at the time of test, driving the car. If everything was working properly on the car he said yes he said all apps and everything. Its a perfect running condition after taking this Tesla home, I noticed several problems, the first thing I noticed that there was several chips in the windshield and several pebbles of rocks and the bottom of the car that I had to blow out when calling ***** and mentioning this to them, they said that they would replace the windshield. After having to argue with them I also asked them has the car ever been in the accident due to the fact that there is lots of pebbles coming out of the car and chips in the windshield they assured me that it had not been an accident, and that everything was in, working normal condition especially with the range of the charging I would only get one charge per mile 1% charge per mile .When addressing the issue I was told to take it to the shop concerning that . I had to take it back several times for the same situation. Now my car is losing charge faster. The screen is leaking liquid and it is blacking out while driving I have contacted ***** spoke with **** spoke with several people, several sales managers and left several messages and Im getting no response from anyone when I spoke with **** he said he will see what he can do. He has to go up the chain of command and I told him that I am paying $1000 a month for this car and it needs to be running in better condition. This is a total safety concern the car is glitching freezing pulling me back into lanes while trying to switch lanes the screen is freezing while driving losing power and directions this os not ok!
