Customers. Do pay for shipping. Its a totally scam.My particular scenario is that I wanted to buy some pants for my girlfriend. She had tried the Vuori pants at a Nordstroms and really liked them. So I decided to purchase it online because it was a bit cheaper even with premium shipping. My GF was only going to be in town for a few days so I figured to pay for express shipping. The company is ********* based and I was ordering from ***********. I thought it couldnt be more than a day or two at most.Three *** email updates. Four days later. Several infuriating aloof customer service messages later. The pants arent here in any reasonable time.For the unindoctrinated, general post office shipping ****** would take AT MOST three days for free.They charge a premium. Then it gets delayed for no explicable reasons. And they have the temerity to tell you its normal for a parcel in state would take 4 days with ***.When it would categorically get there quicker than for days with regular post.This is nonsense.My biggest issue is the absolute lack of understanding, common sense, and general courtesy. No attempt to understand the absurdity of the situation. I only wanted my $12 back.I didnt need to be patronized by their customer service, hiding behind their hidden policy (not stated at all in the order process) (I used my phone to buy the pants).Dont buy from them. If they cant respect you with something like issues regarding simple shipping. I cant even imagine what a nightmare a return or wrong size would engender.Business response

Transaction 1 date: 2/15/23 Purchased $164.26 This was using a $30 gift card and $134.26 on a credit card.Vuori does not offer exchanges, so customers are required to make a new purchase and return the old item. I did this to get a bigger size, and I paid $128.46 for the returned item (and an additional item) on 2/20/23. The amount to be refunded for this exchange was $61.07. However, I only received $31.07 onto my credit card. Additionally, in my account it only says "partially refunded", even though the email claimed my refund amount would be $61.07. I have no way of accessing the other $30 on my credit card. I emailed about this issue and they claimed it was refunded to the original form of payment, but they did not even do a percentage on the non-existent gift cardit was the full gift card amount BEFORE even starting to refund the credit card. I did the exchange/new purchase entirely on the credit card, so I am now at a loss of $30 after my "refund/exchange". The original order included $134.26 on a credit card, and the second order for the exchange was entirely on the same credit card, so the FULL amount of the exchange should have been on the credit card. I would like the FULL refund to my original form of payment, the credit card.Initial Complaint

I ordered something erroneously but caught the mistake right after checking out. I contacted the support line right away to cancel the order and was told repeatedly they would not cancel it. Unacceptably poor quality of customer service.Business response

Order #: ******* | Order date: Jun 23, 2022 $74.00 Contacted support on 6/29 and they requested multiple photos of the shorts which I immediately provided. I contacted them again this morning as they have not responded since I provided the requested photos.Business response

I purchased a performance jogger from this company and the matching jacket from one of their distributors (mountain high outfitters).Both items peeled with the first wash and the jacket frayed. I contacted the company 5 times by email. After a constant request for more photos and more info, I expressed frustration and informed the company of my intent to do a bbb complaint.Business response

emails. Also, a 3rd party purchase.
