      I recently placed an order on Vuoris website and accidentally completed the purchase via Shop Pay while reviewing my cart. I had just applied a military discount and was still in the process of confirming my order. I immediately contacted Vuori customer service to cancel, but was told that they are unable to cancel any orders once placedsomething that feels more like an unwillingness rather than an actual technical limitation.Despite reaching out within minutes and spending over an hour going back and forth, their only solution was to let the order ship, then return it once received. That means waiting for the items I didnt want, then sending them back, and waiting another 710 business days for a refundon a $580 order.For a company of Vuoris size, this inflexibility and lack of accommodation is disappointing. I expected better, especially given their high price point and branding. **************** should be about helping customers, not deflecting responsibility.I have disputed all charges.

      I recently purchased my first pair of shorts, and was excited to receive them and try them on. When I got them, I cut open the first package. The 2nd package looked to have a manila lining, so I used scissors to cut the top .5 inch of the package open. Turned out, the shorts were right up against that top portion, so I cut 2 small incisions in the shorts.When I called to see If I could return them for another pair, I was told no. I could buy another pair at 15% off. I told them the packaging was deceiving, I never would have purposely cut into my new shorts. Can you make this right for a 1st time customer...they again told me no. In my business, I definitely would have made this right for the customer, who could then become a repeat customer. I will not order another pair from this company.
