      I had work done on my car by something, they did it wrong. So months later I went to Midas, come to find out I needed another caliper and a brake flush. $752 laters I cant pay that. So I signed up for easypayfinace. After doing that I found out the interest rate is ******%. I live on a fixed income budget of $817. How is it anyone can charge that much in interest. After Im done paying it will be more than twice what I borrowed.

      I bought a puppy over at forever love puppies for *****. A month after the purchase I lose my job due to the pandemic. Easy pay changed my payments bi weekly to $50 vs $150 for 3 months. Today I call to get my balance. Im still at $2,710.67. By time Im done paying for this puppy Id paid over $3,000. For a puppy that cost *****. They are a rip off. The lady over the phone at the place when I bought the puppy said Id ******************** the dog for a year. Now Im being told I wont be done paying until July 2022. I feel like they are taking advantage of people. They are misleading and every-time you call they are rude and dont give enough information. I go online and they dont have a working website for one to see a statement.

      I recently log in to the website towards the end of August. 
      When I did log in I wasnt able to see anything. 
      the website is unhelpful. 

      when I stated that the reps was rude I didnt mean this last time I called.

      I called previously and a young lady answered and was rude and treated me like if I was bothering her. 
      she gave a email address that in fact wrong because it bounced. 
      but you guys didnt bring that call up. 

       

      Im not going to continue with this. 
      I didnt sign that because if I wouldve see that high apr and 

      and the 5k after I was done paying I wouldve never made the

      purchase using the finance.

      In June of 2021 I bought tires from Big O and was told that Easy Pay finance was an option to pay off the tires in 90 days. I set everything up at the tire establishment to pay off within the 90 day window. As the first payment was suppose to be taking out, I was never informed that I couldn't use a savings account to pay, online a card or checking account. No payments had been taken out until I called to get a balance on what I thought I owed. No one can direct me to the contract that I was made to sign on the spot( which had the wrong amount printed). I've been paying interest ever since 6/22 and no one can help me from the company to fix there mistake that they made from the miscommunication. I've asked for receipts and they told me that they do not give those out. Now im stuck payin an extra 189.99% on an amount that I had set up to pay within 30 days.

      Amount financed with the company is $1,279.70 since June and after successful payments along with one returned payment due to COVID financial hardships, they refused to return my money. I paid in full August 9th, 2021 and my pay off balance was $1,276.95. Interest is ******%. Over $500 was paid towards interest and less than $3 was paid to my account. I spoke with a representative and she let me know that they will not be returning me any money because of my first returned payment. That first payment was returned due to COVID financial distress and the company did not care. All other payments after that one payment were made on time and in full. There should be no penalty upon COVID hardships and should be taken into consideration when an individual is making prompt payments as stated on the contract. I truly believe this rule of 90 day interest rebate is used against individuals who do not have enough money to pay something such as an emergency in full and look for financing options.

      They are charging me a 151% APR on a **** dollar loan, what I will be paying at the end of the loan is **** that is a **** profit and goes against ************ state law. They will be continuing to charge me, and I will be taking legal action against this business

      08/16/21 acct#******* My payoff with no interest amount was 444. If paid By 3/6/21 which I paid but then was returned to me. Following payments of appx 150mo when my acct did not have the money it was taken regardless plus fees from them and my bank. I been trying to pay them off and they have been avoiding me collecting interest each day. They ran my 2 payment of 504 8/15/21 before my first of 439 8/13/21. Just got off the phone with them saying my payment was declined Accor to **** employee #**** when in reality they processed my card for ****** 8/16/21. All of theyre business numbers lead to the same phone line. They do not make it easy to pay at all offering no automatic payments over the phone. This experience makes me believe they returned my payment of 444 3/6/21 only to gain the ridiculous interest rates even up to these last 3 days not including my bank overdraft charges which they had no problem being declined. Apparently the only payments declined were my attempts to settl
