I bought Hisense-L5G ******** Ultra Short Throw Projector in January 2023 thru Best Buy and it's still in Manufacture Warranty. Since last month i have issues and looking for support on 1. receiver having issues with changing channels 2. pairing with phone 3. unit turns off automatically 4. and there is no sound on fire tv until resetting unit ...etc. I called Denon customer support, and they were not able to fix the issues over phone nor trouble shoot and get delayed in fixing the issues. and then Denon told to connect Geek Squad,Best Buy to visit in person tofix the issues.The Geek Squad vistedmy home in-person and couldn't able to fix the issue and told the *** reciver is a defect oneand needs to be replaced.I have attache dthe Geek Squad recommendation E-Mailto Denonsupport and the customer care told to send the shipping label and box so that i can send across the DENON ***, but they failed to send the shipping label and box and asking further questions which is not relevant. This is not the service as a customer I expect. So, I request to send the technician in person to fix the issues or replace DENON *** Receiver at the earliest within the Manufacture warranty.
