      The ** has not been working in the excersise room for over 3 month. Staff response is the parts are on order. When asked for extra fans it was ignored.

      The facilities are filthy. Women's restrooms have f**** on the seats, no toilet paper or seat covers in the stalls, trash all.over the floor, the lights are out, sinks are all backed up, and the manager and staff don't care. Not is the equipment not maintained the facility is falling apart and when you let the front staff know, they seem bothered by your presence and they just say that they've already received a number of complaints.

      24 Hour Fitness charged my credit card for a renewal that I did not authorize and refuses to refund the full amount even though I contacted them within one day of the charge. A family member paid for this membership initially, I DID NOT SIGN ANY FORMS AGREEING TO AUTO RENEWAL. I never received notification of auto-renewal. I have not used any of your facilities since November 2024. I can not access the local gym due to congested parking which has resulted in damage to my car several times. I can not attend Group X classes that I registered for because I can not obtain parking in a reasonable time frame. The website's "manage membership plan" does not actually manage a membership plan. There is not way to check membership renewal date, remove my payment method, or cancel online. I have called Corporate several times, as directed by staff at the ****************, and I can not speak to a representative. Every time it says "customer service is unavailable" and hangs up on me. I emailed Corporate and received a generic, inaccurate response. I have emailed twice since with no follow-up response.

      24Hour fitness needs to train their staff. This morning they denied my visiting niece, a potential sale, to attend a 1 hour class. She had a Buddy **** but still was not allowed because she is from ******. I find this odd because just two days previous another member was allowed to use her ***** passes on two of her nephews from ********. The lady at the desk kept stating those are the rules when we told her of the previous incident. Then she dropped the F-Bomb in front of my niece when she couldnt find the fine print that stated no out of state visitors. This makes absolutely NO sense. Isn't 24 Hour fitness in ********? Is this how you treat potential customer? Did your policy change in two days? Or could it be a racial thing since you allowed the two white guests to enter but not the black guest??? Great PR work 24Hour!!!

      In 2023, I stopped using this gym and in October 2023, their auto-renew system charged me for a full year of membership. At that time, I called the gym and, while I agreed not to request a refund, I explicitly confirmed the cancellation of my membership and the auto-renew system.However, in October 2024, I was notified by my bank that the gym had once again charged me for another full year of membership. Since then, I have contacted the gym multiple times every month. Each time, an employee claiming to be in charge told me that this was the first time they were hearing about my issue and that they would handle it immediately and get back to me. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, nothing has been ******* is now March 2025, and the gym has still not processed my refund. In my most recent call with them this month, they denied that I had ever contacted them before, refused to issue a refund, and treated me with a hostile attitude.

      My significant other has a 24 Hour Fitness membership and has had it for a very long time. His membership allows him to visit all 24 Hour Fitness locations, including Super Sports. But for some strange and unknown reason, the 24 Hour Fitness location at ****************************************************************************** (cross street is *************) keeps denying him access to this particular location. Why? There were some employees who allowed him to enter at times, while others did not allow him to enter at other times; the employees appear to be clueless. This particular location gives the impression that they are engaging in discrimination practices, which are unnecessary and possibly illegal. This is not only inconsistent, this also is not okay. This particular location needs to get it together and do better for all of their loyal customers, including my significant other.

      This 24 Hour Fitness location is horrible. Its technically not even open 24 hours, but besides that, half of the machines dont work, the sauna area is always closed/the steam room never works, and the club is not spaced properly to allow patrons to maneuver around more freely. This location gets a lot of elderly and veteran traffic so why is this club non-functional? Disgusting business practices and is filthy.

      I have been a member since 2006 and became a lifetime member. I originally prepaid for first 3 years then the agreement stated that my membership annually will be *****. I moved to ********* in 2009 and kept my membership. The year before ***** my membership increased to ***** but reduced to ***** due to a lawsuit regarding breach of contract. After COVID they decided to increase my membership fee to ****** due to cost of living increase. Currently, i received another increase notification that my membership is increasing to ****** again due to inflation and its being passed on to lifetime members. However, not all of my friends who are a lifetime member were receiving the increase seemingly random picks. I can accept a resolution of ***** annually. Unfortunately, i do not have a copy of my original agreement anymore and i have been requesting to get a copy which probably not going to happen due to this complaint.

      I paid for a 1-year membership and wasn't able to go for a few months because my husband was sick, and I had to stay with him. Once he was better and I was able to go back they canceled my pre-paid 1-year membership (after just a few months) then charged me again for another year. They were not nice at all to my husband who went and tried to resolve the issue for me while I was at work. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The Manager, **** is who we were dealing with. He thought it was fair to charge me twice just because I hadn't been to the gym for a few months. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service ever.

      This gym chain is an absolute mess. Most locations are run-down, dirty, and completely neglected. Theres no security, theyre always short-staffed, and theft is out of control. Why even bother using a locker with a lock when people can just snap it off? There is zero safety and zero concern from staff.Good luck trying to reach a manager or corporatethey dont care. They take your money but wont invest in basic security or maintenance. Its clear they dont care about their customers or their reputation.Unless youre only here for the classes, do yourself a favor and find a better gym.
