      I HAVE BEEN INSURED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND I RECENTLY GOT INTO A FENDER ****** WITH ANOTHER PARTY AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOOK MY CLAIM ABOUT 1 TO 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ACCIDENT OCCURED AND I SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS INSURANCE REQUESTED BACK IN JUNE AND SINCE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH THE ASSIGNED ADJUSTER AND HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND EMAILS WITH THE ADJUSTER AND THE ADJUSTERS SUPERVISOR AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD NOTHING. I HAVE NOT HAD AN ISSUE WITH PAYING MY INSURANCE PAYMENTS MONTHLY AND WAS TOLD TO CONTINUE PAYING THE INSURANCE FOR A WRECKED VEHICLE.

      I have waited two months without a single update from ********************* in regards to my insurance claim. My contact info was not updated leaving me paying double the original amount to continue my insurance policy.

      I purchase this insurance in April 18, 2024. To start this insurance I was charge about $500 and 1st month 102. At the end of April my car was involved in a car accident, where my car was hit in the rear tire and not in shape to be used. I made a claim and provided all the information possible and witness as well, till this day no one has reach out to me in regards of my claim. Ive called many times with no answers. I have left voicemails in the adjusters number and his supervisor. Its now going to 2 months since the accident and no idea of whats going to happen. I have expressed my concerns with the customer service and no help. Im lost, the car was my transportation for work and my kids school and daycare. Ive been without a car and no information till this point. Dont know what else to do to get guidance on whats going to happen with my car. Ive sent emails as well. I will never ever recommend this insurance to anyone, they are no help and its a waste of money. Also, I have tried getting directed to their supervisors and I just get put on hold and then they hung up.

      *** attempted to contact this insurance company and the adjuster over 20 times in the span of 4 months. They have repeatedly ignored my call and voicemails that I have left and when I talk representatives they transfer me to dead lines. I have been needing to file a claim for my car and have been unable to get ahold of anyone to help me with my issue.

      I have full (auto) coverage and uninsured motorist coverage for my vehicles.I made a claim about damages to my vehicle while parked (I was not present). The way it looked to me was that someone side swiped my parked vehicle. The insurance company refused to provide coverage, claiming that I gave them a false report. According to them the damages reflect that my car was in motion. I never lied in my report; I only reported what it looked like to me. I pointed out other possibilities and scenarios because I dont know exactly what happened as I previously informed them, I was not present. They replied that I am not allowed to change my story. I tried to work with them and explain that I am not changing anything. I simply do not know what happened for I was not present at the time of the accident. I can only report what it looked like to me and possible scenarios I could think of after they claimed that what I reported was not possible. The insurance company still refuses to provide coverage although the damage to my vehicle falls under the guidelines of the car insurance coverage that I pay for.
