This company is requesting that I send them $13,000 on a premium I have already paid in full. I will be having my attorney get a hold of these people because I have not had this policy for a long time.Initial Complaint

They did a audit back in July 2022 . I paid the fine by Nov They came come back with another one in Nov again Something is not right on back to back audit .Initial Complaint

These people are crooks with no ethics or moral character attempting to take your hard-earned money in the shadiest way possible. We originally paid around **** for our general liability policy and got a letter saying we owed over ****. I have sent all info to my attorney. I have also spoken with some of the other business owners being ripped off by this company and are ready to participate in a class action lawsuit. This is the second attempt at payment for someone elses company, after Ive already clarified that I am not affiliated and requested to not be contacted again. Now they are telling me they will send a collection agency for their services. Zoom is trying to audit my company for 13k dollars. Premium was less than 10% of this price. They have sent several letters to me requesting info. I have supplied all I fo requested each time, but yet they continue to proceed with threats of audit. At this point I feel like this is business harassment and need help clearing this up. The audit charges are extremely inflated for such a minimal policy and when a consumer provides rhe company with information requested, they continue to escalate the Audit.Initial Complaint

This company has sent numerous letters regarding our Liability policy for various years asking for an obscene amount of money ($13k ++) for more than we currently pay for our liability insurance with ZERO claims. The first time I was compliant, but when it kept happening it seemed strange and I decided to do more homework. We have contacted our liability insurance company, and they stated they are not affiliated with this audit company and a completely separate entity. Based on the reviews of all the consumers here that have posted, and other areas on the web, this company seems to be a Scam. If we owed more for a premium, I would be paying our ****************** not a 3rd party who is not affiliated. I have contacted my lawyer who will be contacting them directly at this time. Otherwise I will not be paying a company that seems to be a total Scam with inaccurate numbers.Initial Complaint

I have asked for your help before on this issue. Zoom says they want to audit your company to see if you are bilking your insurance company. In my case, they started asking for my financial information after I cancelled my policy. After asking for guidance from the BBB, I finally did give them basic information about by business, which is very small, and I employ no one. I received a letter today asking for almost 13K, saying I was noncompliant. This of course is false, I did provide the basic information they asked for and, but this is how this company operates. No matter what you do with them, they will say you owe them a tremendous amount of money and for no cause and with no recourse for the insured. They are fraudulently trying to bilk working class people out of monies.The BBB needs to shut this company down!Initial Complaint

The audit is necessary to verify the financial information provided by the insured, since the premium is based upon these representations. In this case, the audit did not support the customers representations and thus adjustments were necessary. The audits are performed to simply obtain the proper cost for the policy.
