    *******, so the service this dealership offers is absolutely unbelievable. From the sales manager, *****, on down. Im a small business owner myself, so knowing that customer service means is absolutely everything, I can say without hesitation, that Volvo Cars Carlsbad has been the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Not only did they make the sales process easy and hassle-free, they explained everything to us thoroughly and worked HARD to accommodate our budget and very specific needs. I was shocked that Volvo Financial was able to beat our local credit unions APR. The financing process was handled smoother and faster than anything Ive experienced in past with dealerships. Thats a testament to these guys being absolute pros, knowing the system theyre working within, and the contracts they execute. Not only was it a quick experience, but they thoroughly explained every step along the way. We never, even slightly felt like we were being sold.The cherry on top of the cake was that they made not one, but two trips to our home when we left things at the dealership. We live in *********, so thats a long trip across the 78 in rush hour traffic. ****, our sales **** even showed up with my 4 year old daughters favorite stuffy buckled in to the front seat when she left it at the dealership. To this day, she says to me daddy, do you remember that nice man who sold you your car? Yep, that means a lot to her and to me.Look, I may have gone into way too much detail with this review, but my experience was truly extraordinary with Volvo Carlsbad. Its why we went from a ***** and a Mercedes household to a 2 Volvo household in two weeks time. If youre looking to buy a Volvo in ********* or ****** counties, make the trip out to Volvo Carlsbad, you will not be disappointed.

    THIS DEALERHSIP HAS RACISTS!!! I WANTED TO PURCHASE A 2018 AUDI Q3 PREMIUM TODAY AT DEALERSHIP. WHEN I CAME IN I WAS TALKING TO SALES MANAGER ***** THEY WERE OFFERING THIS VEHICLE FOR *****, I ASKED HIM IF THERE IS ANY POSSIBILITY TO DO ***** AND I WILL PURCHASE IT RIGHT NOW, ON WHAT I WAS TOLD TO "GET THE **** OUT FROM MY OFFICE " AND WAS THROWING HIS HAND AT ME LIKE HE IS TALKING TO A DOG. AFTER 5 MINUTES I CAME BACK TO THE OFFICE TO TELL THEM THAT I AM OK I WILL BUY IT FOR ***** WHEN ANOTHER PERSON COMES WHITE HAIRED IN GLASSES (HIS ROOM IS NEXT TO *******) AND STARTED SCREAMING ON ME THAT I AM NOT PLAYING GAMES WITH YOU, I WAS LIKE OK I AM BUYING IT FOR THE ***** YOU ARE ASKING WHATS THE ISSUE ON WHAT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE HE TOLD ME TO GET THE **** OUTTA FROM THE DEALERSHIP. WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM HE SAID "I DONT UNDERSTAND YOUR LANGUAGE" EVEN THOUGH I WAS SPEAKING ENGLISH! TWO RACISTS IN ONE DEALERSHIP.I WILL BE OPENING A LAWSUIT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE WHEN THE DEALERSHIP WORKER WAS THROW HANDS ON ME, SCREAMING ON ME AND SAYING TO GO **** MYSELF RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE! HE WANTED TO HIT ME! I WONT LEAVE THIS SITUATION LIKE THIS!!!

    I am not not at all surprised at the various other negative reviews. This dealership of which I have done business with off and on for almost 2 decades in both purchase and services has become hugely disappointing. They (with proof) could care less about brand loyalty or customer retention That proof is in the conversations and the lack of results, and frankly knowledge. Their GM on down is out for only the sale. They have lost our family as a customer for life, and perhaps even turned us away from Volvo after owning 8 of them. Sad. Nothing outside of resolution for my issue would make up for the sub-par quality that they have now shown us in the short 6 months we have owned a 2020 XC60 T5. And to that resolution they did not offer one ounce of resolve. Without boring this forum with the myriad of both purchase/post purchase and service details of this supposed "CPO graded" vehicle, suffice it to say the issue it relates to incidents on Car Fax to in house service and sales treatment and has been elevated to several agencies. And the reasons and excuses were as lame as I have ever heard. In fact there was no defense.Most intelligent consumers know that the real test of a company's worth is the test during disagreements and to this Carlsbad Volvo has failed miserably.

    These guys have been great to our family. We bought a 2016 XC90 from them certified preowned back in 2019 with 40K miles on it. We financed it over 36 months and ******* was great and got us in our new vehicle with a great rate without delay. My one regret was not pulling the trigger on the extended warranty. Being our first luxury vehicle, weve been shocked at the cost of repair when things do go wrong, but the service guys have gotten us in quickly and taken really good care of us. **** runs a great team and ****** and ***** have always been quick to call with status updates while our car has been in the shop for repairs. They took great care of us on an AC repair that required a couple trips in due to multiple part failures and were empathetic with our frustration on it not getting resolved fully the first time around. They wash the car after each service and make sure you leave completely satisfied. Good team here at Volvo Carlsbad!
