Sizing is off and when you timely return or exchange for another size, they charge you a $15 restock fee plus $15 for shipping. Thats on top of the $15 shipping for the first item. Then they only issue a gift card for the return, even though its an exchange and you paid again for the new size. And when you email or call, one person provides meaningless responses and claims he cant do anything. Im out about $190 for a single dress that was supposed to be $80. Im reporting this company to the consumer fraud division of the California Attorney General. I encourage you to do so as well, if you had a similar experience.Trish Scully

Sadly this business is not what it used to be! I have ordered several dresses from them in the past. All of which were excellent quality. I recently ordered a dress for our daughters first communion. I was expecting impeccable quality and softness. The dress did ship quickly, however it definitely wasnt up to par on the quality. There were several loose strings and the size was wayyyyyy off. She was between a size 10 and 12 on the size chart. The size 12 that I ordered fit more like a size 8. I tried to exchange the dress and I wanted to exchange it for a different style dress and a different size because our daughter didnt like the way the shoulders felt in the dress. I contacted customer service and they told me that wasnt an option. So I was stuck paying a $15 restock fee because their size chart was off and I was also forced to order a dress that I dont really want. Sadly, we wont be shopping there again! Also, I posted a review but of course they didnt post it on their website :) another sign of a *************. I should have listened to the other BBB reviews before I ordered but I trusted them because I have always had a good experience there.Trish Scully

1 starOrdered a dress for my daughter's school project where she has to present. The label to ship the dress was created 10 days after the order was placed with no guidance on how to check on the order. The customer service was awful. Now the dress will be here late with no resolution. The fulfillment was just as horrible as the customer service. Do not recommend.Review fromHeather H

1 starAbsolutely the WORST experience with this company. Ordered a dress up princess dress and accessory at beginning of the month. Its now the end of the *************** was shipped as of Thursday. Emailed and questioned customer service about it. ********************** stated they were unable to fill the order & offered store credit. I declined because the issue was on their end and requested a refund. So instead of giving me a refund they shipped me a package within an hour of requesting the refund. Just got the package and its not what I ordered, nor is it cute. We have several Trish Scully dress up dresses purchased in the past. This was a horrible experience and a complete customer service fail. I have emailed and requested a return label to send back the weird dress they sent and again requested a refund but have not heard back.Review fromEmily M

1 starI purchased a product advertised as "cotton lined" for a child with sensory sensitivities. Usually dress up clothes are 100 percent polyester so I was excited to find this brand. The website stated "we understand tactile sensitivities, dresses are fully lined with soft cotton" but this is not true. The dress arrived with a 100 percent polyester tag, right on the supposed cotton liner. The customer team did not offer to make it right. What a strange thing to lie about. I purchased dresses from this company a few years ago, and the dresses were of a nice quality and were the size I ordered/expected. However, I recently ordered 3 dresses and the dresses were of poor quality and not sized correctly. I ordered three size 12 dresses. One fit like a size 12 (pirate dress), was of a nice material, however, it was very poorly sewn together and looks like a someone very new to sewing put it together. It cannot be worn in public as the seams are off so the dress is bumpy/lumpy/doesn't lay flat. The other two size 12 dresses (Jolly Holiday mini dress and Darling Damsel mini dress), say they are size 12 on the tag, but fit like a ** size 8/9. The Jolly Holiday mini dress and the Darling Damsel mini dress are also made of a cheaper and itchier material than the pirate dress. So be aware of the great variances in size and quality of materials of their dresses. I contacted the company for an exchange or return. They do not do returns. In order to exchange, you have to pay $13 to return the original dress and $13 to ship the new dress. And they themselves do not know what the right size is for each dress. This seems like a scam. I asked them to pull these dresses and to double check that they comply with ** sizing. I hope they do that for all of their dresses so that this doesn't happen to future buyers.Trish Scully

Don't trust this company. I ordered a dress in a size 8. It is barely a size 6. I paid ***** in shipping bringing the cost to over 56$. I asked for a refund. They tried to make me take a gift card but eventually agreed to the refund minus 13$ for the return shipping. I shouldn't be responsible for this since this was their mistake. There is no way to contact them by phone. The number they give directs you to go to their email or use the online Chat. The person on the Chat is fairly rude when you explain that you feel that you shouldn't be responsible for the cost of return shipping. She is insistent on you downloading the code that would allow them to start your gift card to be processed instead of giving you a refund (again losing the initial shipping). While the website does tell you that if you choose to return an item you will be charged the 13$ but nowhere does it say that you will only receive a gift card. On top of that no matter what their policy about the return shipping no reputable company charges you the shipping when they have sent you the wrong thing.Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company. 1 starTrish Scully sent me a size 6 month dress instead of 6 years. I returned it for a refund to my original form of payment. Received an email from the company saying, "What about my refund? Dont worry youll still get a refund to your original payment if you dont use Instant Credit. Just return your items like normal." After patiently waiting a month for my refund, they emailed me a store credit instead. When I reached out to customer service, they said I misunderstood and they do not actually issue refunds. Then they said they would make an exception for me, but it would take 5-7 business days to process. I asked for a confirmation to be sent to my email and they refused. So I copied and pasted the email they had sent me about the refund and asked if they were being dishonest with me. All of a sudden my money was magically refunded. Ice Queen ***** size 5 Be prepared for defective merchandise from this company and make sure you read their return policy and reviews. My mistake with the Ice Queen dress. The top of dress in size 5 doesn't allow my 3-year-old granddaughter's head (neck opening *****- inches and her head measures 21 inches) to fit through opening let allow her arms to go through. Beautiful dress material but dress is worthless. The return policy is 30 days but never thought it would be an issue since I ordered one size bigger. Very disappointed in company and their policy and not making exceptions for issues that were caused by their manufacturer. Did get ****** on the phone immediate from company but needed to forward to his supervisor and received an email back denying my request for return. NO EXCEPTIONS to their 30 day ruleTrish Scully

UPDATE: After my original review I received another email from a *************************-Scully, Design Team Manager -Operations and said since this was a manufacturers defect I may absolutely return dress for a refund/exchange. I requested an exchange and the very next day I received an email from *****************************, **************** Manager, that a new dress was on its way to my home address. It took **************************************************************************** it. Everything worked out great.
