Our FASHIONPHILE ID tag & pink return tag must be attached to receive a full refund. Please return items in the dust bags provided.
Item must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dust bag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
Items must be received within 30 days of shipped date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will be considered for our BuyBack Program (if eligible).
