      I been selling my bags with this company serval times. Recently I purchased their reserve service on a bag and then decided to trade in my bag. Since I cant submit a quote online , I called the customer service. Until this time I was informed that my account was restricted due to an unauthentic item I consigned before. The one chanel bag I consigned about a year ago they said was a fake one which is impossible cause I bought it from store by myself!! They couldnt identify whether is real because I lost authentic card and serial number was peeled off and lost ( I understand this could be a problem for authentication!) but the company just said it is fake! And restricted my account since then(for almost a year). I didnt know what happened to my account until today, I was still able to make purchases using my account. No email or any other communication telling me my account restricted since last year. And I was just being played by this company, they restricted my account and still wishing me to make purchases from them???? Still I havent hear anything back from their authentic department since I sent the email.

      I placed an order with Fashionphile on September 1, 2021 for a purse. I was expecting to receive my purse on September 7, 2021. when I arrived at my home I realized that my purse was not on my doorstep along with 2 other another packages from different companies. My neighbor was also expecting a package and did not receive on. I reached out to fashion while via phone call and email.I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone after trying multiple times. I sent an email via their website and I was told I would receive a response within 1-2 business days. mI never received a response so I then called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the package informing them that two of my packages where stolen. The credit card company informed me of their dispute process. On November 9, 2021, The credit card company sent me an email stating that they dispute that I placed with fashionphile was credited back to my account because the company responded stating that I did not cancel my services. But they never responded to my any of voicemails ornate email request I sent them. I would liken refund because i'm not paying for a purse that I never received.

      At this time you have been refunded with your bank as Fashionphile will not refund you if a chargeback has been filed and your bank has initiated and processed the refund from their end.

      I have just called my bank and made them aware of this response.The dispute was never closed in favor of me, it was closed in favor of Fashionphile. I received a temporary credit when I first opened my dispute in regard to my packages being stolen and the credit was reversed after Fashion phile responded to my dispute. Because you guys have didn't have the correct information and stated that the last dispute was closed in favor of me, when it was not, my bank has decided to restart my dispute process to avoid further any confusion.

      Ive already tried to call your company multiple times during business hours. It hangs up everytime and Ive also emailed your company and didnt get a response the first time. The second time I emailed you guys, I was told to speak with my financial institution. Your guys need to reach out to me at this point via email and rectify this situation.

      Submitted an item that came back to me as not authentic , I was unaware due to the fact that item was purchased from a department store & assumed all items were legit . My account got banned for trying to sell 1 non authentic item that I was not aware of the authenticity due to my amateur knowledge. This is my mistake but would love to sell again & have my account un banned if allowed .

      I bought a new bag from Northstorm Rack and I dont like it anymore so I sell it on FASHIONPHILE, I also attached the retailer tag and receipt but I get response from FASHIONPHILE and they said my bag is a fake one and need 75 dollar to send my bag to me. First of all this bag is not a fake one and the reason they said is retailer tag attached they dont want to spend extra money on this bag. They identified this bag as a fake bag. Second if this bag is not a fake one why they can charge us 75 dollar?

      FASHIONPHILE had a Summer event where you could receive $200 off a purchase of $1000. FASHIONPHILE had removed the terms and conditions for the promo from there website. As of today the link https://www.fashionphile.com/limited-time-summer-event-terms-and-conditions?utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter&utm_campaign=&utm_content=Summer+Event+Promo+Codes+-+first+send&utm_term=https%3a%2f%2fwww.fashionphile.com%2flimited-time-summer-event-terms-and-conditions&utm_id=*****&sfmc_id=******** leads to a page that says Looks like you cant find that purr*fect page. Please try again. FASHIONPHILE refuses to use the code on an existing reserve order that was initiated before Oct 1 stating policy. However that policy is not listed on their website on a page that a customer can easily locate. Asking that ********************** allow the code to be used on this reserve order that has not completed. Thanks

      As I stated in my original complaint those terms and conditions  are not on the website . The link that is included in that email to view the terms and conditions does not work
