I am thoroughly impressed with the process and the service provided. I was able to open a new Solo401k in one day and fund it on the next business day. For anyone with a small business, this is the way to go. The fees are very reasonable to get this done the right way, and also provide maximum flexibility for investment options.

This process was super easy. I used a ROBS to fund my business. My Solo 401k Financial LLC took care of everything step by step. The process was quicker than I expected. I'm not a financial or business expert by any means, and I have to trust that everything was done correctly. But they made it easy to complete. From the initial application with My Solo 401k Financial LLC to when my business was funded took only 12 days. In today's day and age, one of the most frustrating things to deal with is a chat bot instead of real person whenever you have a customer support issue, especially when it comes to something like 401ks. Every individual that I have interacted with at this company has been extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very refreshing to work with them, I have no issue taking the time out of my day to write this review because it is well deserved.A specific example of this is when I had a question revolving around filling form 8881 in relation to 401ks. While this is something they easily could have pushed off or told me to consult an advisor or point me to a generic ******* video, they actually had concrete resources to help walk me through the process. The best part is that they had nuanced advice for different situations that I could be in depending on my business structure. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in their resources. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in starting their own solo401k.My Solo 401k Financial LLC

5 starsI was looking for a way to fund my new franchise business. I learned about the **** program through my franchise advisor. He did suggest another company to handle to the process, but it was very expensive. After some searches and interviews I put all of the information together and decided to to with Mysolo 401k. Their price was much lower than what others had quoted. They advised me on what to expect and made me believe that the price they were charging would not come with any additional fees or surprises. They delivered on their promise. There are plenty of places where this type of transaction can come off the rails and when there were questions I got the answers and kept the process going. This is a wonderful company. They offer a very affordable product that actually pays for itself and more. A tax credit they found for me covers the cost of a custom Solo 401k for many years, and the non-prototype individual 401k at Fidelity they helped me set up will save more than the annual cost of the plan through the fees and expenses I'm avoiding at Ascensus/Vanguard.Given how affordable the Solo 401k product is, I have been so impressed with their customer service. They answer my questions over email quickly, even on weekends at times, and I find them to be vastly easier to work with than Vanguard or most banks I've dealt with. They also don't do any nickel and diming. I've been so pleasantly surprised to have them do filings and other paperwork all for the annual fee with no extra costs. Really a great company with my highest recommendation. Going with them for a non-prototype i401k plan turned out to be much easier than I anticipated and will help me save thousands more for retirement every year.My Solo 401k Financial LLC

5 starsHey! (Smile) Let me tell you about this company My Solo 401K Financial LLC. Firstly, I'm a black guy who was very suspicious about doing business with an online company, much less someone whom I'd never met and to trust with my 401K. However, I'd heard about it and did my research on the **** and how you can use money tax-free, from your 401k to create or purchase a business. I also did my research on other companies offering their expertise to **** your 401K. Others were slightly more expensive and reviews weren't so great. They say you get what you pay for. With that said, I jumped in with this company, and needless to say, the company's 5-star reviews will Stand the test of time, and will continue on with this 5-star review as an awesome company to trust with your 401K. They take you by the hand and walk you through the entire **** process. Easy breezy! Not to mention the cheapest cost relative to other companies offering similar expertise. With this company you don't get what you pay for, you get MORE!!! **************** was excellent. They always kept me in the loop. If there was a question that needed to be answered, they answered it. Just an overall good company to work with when it comes to your 401K. If you're considering attempting to create a ROBS 401k for your company on your own, you should really have a conversation with the My Solo 401k folks. They will keep you out of ***** way and simply things to a point that it is an enjoyable process. I can honestly say that they are consumate pros and their services a must and well worth the investment.Thanks to ******* Assal, and *****. They have been nothing but amazing, from the set up to my plan, to compliance reporting, to having great info on their website, and being available for support if need be. 5 starsI had a somewhat complex tax issue that generated multiple discussions with the MySolo Team. Ultimately a call was setup with ****** and ****** who took the time to answer my questions in detail. They do a great job and my wife and I could not be happier with our experience since becoming a member. Very strong customer support!
