            We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs.Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your item for refund orexchange. 
            CONDITIONS
            The product must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and contain all original components.
            Soiled, wet, mildewed, torn or otherwise mishandled covers cannot be accepted.
            The cover must be clean and free of debris, including grease stains or pet hair. (Please make sure your RV is clean before you try on your cover)
            Custom and Special Order products are not refundable or exchangeable.
            If you wish to return your new item for a refund or exchange,please contact us via phone at 800-616-0599 or email your request to [email protected].  Upon approval, you will beprovided a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  You may also be sent a pre-paid UPS Shipping Label viaemail.  Please print and attach the UPSShipping Label to the outside of the box(s) being returned. For shipmentsoutside of the lower 48 United States, all freight and applicable duty chargesare the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the initial purchase andany returns/reshipments. Also, return freight will be the purchaser’sresponsibility if it is determined that the vehicle was not correctly measured,or for any  refund request.
