  I was Member in 2017 they put into my account $1000 for a cruise I cancelled 30 days later and months before cruise date. Back then the were called savings dollars and name was changed to *************** I guess to make it harder to trace and bring charges I'm sure they have all the angles covered my membership was a lifetime membership even though I have $750 in my account I am not able to use it before I pay more money KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GROUP next thing you know they will change their name an you will be out whatever you have in the account.

  I would like to add this here and now before even 24 hours have passed to have proof. I have sent an email and a chat message in the members portal as well requesting to be contacted and cancelled. We bought in at an amazing rate. But after doing our research we wished we wouldnt have. They advertise using third parties so you cant research them before going to the sales pitch therefore you go in unprepared. We were also told to pop a balloon and that there was something inside. After doing so told we got the best reward to be upgraded to platinum. I listened to others when they popped theirs and it was the same thing. We were told we got the best balloon, but everyones was the same. Its like a magic show with slight of hand and its really all right there in front of you. I will report back if they honor our cancellation and refund request that they give you ****************************************** less than 12 hours after signing up. ***************************

  Do NOT do business with this group! I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Our credit card company canceled our card after they deemed this company fraudulent. We started reading reviews and doing our own research and we agree, they do not seem legit.We went back in to cancel, and they would not allow ** to because they said we "activated" our account by accepting a free lunch given to ** by them. ***** came in and tried to offer ** a discount for **** dollars to stay with the group. This even further proves my point. He then refused to give me anyone else's name or number to contact above him. If this doesn't seem fraudulent, I'm not sure what does. We were members less than 24 hours, I would like a resolution! Sorry technology, stand behind your rating and make this right.

  I purchased $200 worth of travel dollars and was only given $100 credit. I have provided the company with receipt showing my purchase and they refuse to add the other $100 I paid for. All i get is "sorry you are experiencing this". I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company as I believe it just a way to scam money out of the consumer.
