    Our experience has been far from what was promised, leading us to caution others considering this venture.From the beginning, our journey with Grand Pacific Resorts has been fraught with challenges. We are now trying to navigate the complex process of exiting our timeshare agreement. Understanding that circumstances change and seeking flexibility, we reached out to Grand Pacific Resorts for assistance, only to be met with a response that was both surprising and disappointing.Upon contacting their customer service team, we were informed that they could not assist us in canceling our timeshare because they "don't manage our timeshare." This statement was perplexing and frustrating, given that our contract and all communications up to this point had been directly with Grand Pacific Resorts. The lack of accountability and assistance in this matter left us feeling trapped in an agreement that no longer served our needs or interests.This experience has been eye-opening, revealing a ***** contrast between the initial sales pitch and the reality of owning a timeshare with Grand Pacific Resorts. The difficulty in exiting the timeshare, coupled with the unhelpful response from their team, has led us to regret our decision profoundly.For those reading this review and considering investing in a timeshare with Grand Pacific Resorts, we urge you to think carefully and weigh your options. While the concept of a timeshare might seem appealing, the reality, based on our experience, can be far more complicated and binding than anticipated.We hope that by sharing our story, we can help others avoid the predicament we find ourselves in.     This timeshare company has consistently failed to deliver the services promised to me. I have been dealing with this issue for an extended period, and despite best efforts to resolve matters directly with the company, I have unfortunately reached a point where I feel compelled to make my grievances known in this format. My experience with this company has been marked by disappointment and frustration. The promises made at the time of purchase have not materialized, leaving me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I was assured of premium services, seamless processes, and exceptional customer support. However, the reality has been starkly different, riddled with unfulfilled promises and lackluster service. Despite attempts to communicate my concerns and seek resolution, I have been met with indifference and inaction. This has not only caused me undue stress but also resulted in financial burdens that were not initially communicated or agreed upon. In the spirit of preventing others from experiencing a similar ordeal, I feel it is crucial to warn potential customers about the practices of this company. It is my belief that peace of mind is invaluable, especially when it comes to investing in something as significant as a timeshare. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been anything but peaceful. I am hopeful that my experiences will contribute to greater awareness and transparency in the timeshare industry.

    I am filing this complaint against Grand Pacific Resorts due to the unacceptable behavior of their staff. Despite my attempts to work with them to resolve my timeshare obligation, each interaction with their representatives has been characterized by rudeness and lack of empathy. They are unwilling to understand or address my concerns and the challenges I am facing.My primary request is for Grand Pacific Resorts to facilitate my exit from the timeshare arrangement and issue a refund. The initial purchase was made under false pretenses, and I firmly believe I am *********** a fair and just resolution. However, the company has consistently failed to see reason and has stated that they can do nothing for me, which I do not believe is true. They helped get me into this predicament so they can help me get out of it.I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to expedite this matter and connect me with a representative from Grand Pacific Resorts committed to providing a solution and engaging in constructive dialogue.     I have owned a timeshare through GPX for over 20 years. Things have changed a great deal in the past few years. My maintenance fees have more than doubled in this time. They started out at under $500 and are currently $1273.70. Close to tripling. When I purchased it I was told the HOA's would not go up. The resort I own at is not well maintained. I took some friends there and was embarrassed of the dirty pool and general condition. Because of my health situation and subsequent financial situation I had gotten behind on the HOA's. I have been in contact with them off and on for some time trying to pay the fees. Every time I've called i have been prepared to pay the fees, but I get a different answer on questions I ask. For example "when I pay fothe 2023 fees will I have access to that week. I was told yes, no, maybe, I can't make any promises, again no and then yes.I have had agents be very rude to me, lie to me and hang up on me. I have asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor. I asked on at least three occasions and finally was connected to one today. I asked several times in the past, what are all the fees to to bring my account current and to have access to my weeks I've paid for. Never could get an answer. Even up to the point of paying and they added one last $30. Fee. I wish I could walk away and wish I'd never purchased a timeshare with GPX.

    We sent an email to this company a month ago asking them for help to get out of our timeshare. Of course, there is NOTHING that they can do. They CAN take your money. They CAN give you a timeshare. BUT after that...they are HELPLESS. BS! Stay away. They are greedy, liars.

    If not the WORST company you've ever been involved with, it will certainly be one of them. They don't return calls, they don't return emails. No one has the power to make any decisions. Not the low-level lackeys who answer the phone..NOT EVEN THE management company. ONLY "the Board" and you will never hear from them. They are bad people with no conscience. Why else would they ignore when a client reaches out?

    Reached out via email in March. No reply. Called at the beginning of April. I was told by ******** that in order for the timeshare to help me I would first need to pay $14,240. Unless I pay it, there is NOTHING that this company can do to help me. Ridiculously greedy.

    Love ******* Bay Resort. Having extreme difficulty paying Association Dues for our 3 accounts. Gotten error messages using their website since the. 29thof course, still no call back on the 3rd. Called multiple time to hear closed, Team Building, and on-hold messages since. Im not paying any late fees if a long-time owner who has used the Advancefinco site for years is kicked to the curb with ZERO SUPPORT.

    Grand Pacific Resorts recently took over our time share and have been horrible ever since. Every person you call there gives you the run around and forwards you to someone else. Last year even though I called many people they wouldn't let me pay my **** but still sent me a late fee even though I tried many times. They are doing the same thing this year, not letting me know the payments or how to pay them. They are a horrible scummy company.
