1 starScammed me for 42,880$ over 6 years trying to own my own car, they would not allow me to buy unless they could get as much money as possible, everything i had. 1 starPoorly because my car stays at the Dealership and Ive only had it a year its a 2018 Kia ******** and my Cadillac converter has all ready needed to by replace and No its wasnt stolen. The LemonLaw Enforcement has to be involved. Ive contacted Kia ******** Corporation and its been a month and have yet to receive an email Or call back from them Ive been calling them. Please help Im paying a Carnote for a SUV that Im not driving. I would like compensation of some kind this is unfair and no one should have to go through anything as horrible as this. 1st they fixed the coils than I had to take it right back a few days to a week later they said it was they Turbocharged and it got Fixed and that wasnt the issue at all now its the Cadillac converter and their on back order thats just much going on they might as well give me they SUV for free or a brand new one with the same Carnote price or lower. Please help me because this is so stressful and then their staff told me they use pick a parts on cars when they fix them. I would recommend them to no one.Review fromTanya A

2 starsMy first car with Kia of Carson was 2 and 1/2 years ago and I can't say it was a bad experience. I did good then I turned the car in and I got a EV6 2023. This vehicle has been in my possession for 4 months and it done stalled on me four times and me trying to get help with Kia of Carson direct *****'s calls. Nobody is really willing to help convenience you knowing that your car is under warranty. They treat you like you and nobody after that ain't got you to sign the contract. You can't get a loaner car unless you dealing with the insurance company that's just going to pay for loaner cars. Other than that you got to go through the third party and be inconvenience of spending more money than what you already paying their monthly for the new purchase vehicle. My vehicle was just in the dealership for 6 days and not one time. Did they update me until the 6th day about the vehicle and they said nothing was wrong with it. The very next day I drive the car around the corner and installs and it took an hour for them to come and jump it. But the ******************************************************************************************************** They gave me the car back telling me they couldn't guarantee nothing but they not going to make sure that I'm taking care of neither and so since I had to pay all the money for the rental I got to wait for it 8 weeks to be reimbursed and I don't even have my deposit back on my credit card yet because that's how the car just went out again that quick and nobody's going to help me with a vehicle to make sure I get to work knowing that I'm paying them every monthReview fromRoberta T

1 starKia of Carson, My daughter bought a *** *** 2016 in 2017 the car was brand new at the time the dealership was listed as Car Pro of *** when purchasing the car she was given a lifetime oil change on the car so every 6 month we taken the car in to get the oil change and they honored it the car is now paid off but we still take the car for the oil change 6 months ago I taken the car in and they change the oil with no problem today 12/26/23 I taken the car in and was told they will not honored the lifetime oil change and wanted me to paid $104.00 I told them why would I do this when it has a lifetime oil change on the car for free I even had them to pull up the contract and it states lifetime they told me they are under a new Ownership and we do not have to honor the lifetime oil change my daughter paid $750.00 for this and not they will not honor it told us that you will need to find a Car Pro *** and see if they will honor it but I replied I bought my car here why would I need to go somewhere else clearly you see that it said lifetime on my contract. I ask for the printout stating that they do not have to honor the oil change they could not and would not print out anything for me. We had purchase 3 cars from them and every car they have lied to us. This dealership is a rip off and a scammer and just to get a sale if you call Corporate they do not do anything and this dealership gets away with taking advantage of customer seeing all the complaints this particular dealership have Kia Of Carson and no resolution to any of the complaints I feel this car dealership need to be closed down Sued and a Class Action Law Suit need to be filed against them. I will also go through the *** Investigations to file a complaint there this dealership need to be investigated. How can they get away with this. 1 starKIA OF CARSON IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE DEALERSHIP BUSINESS. I HAVE PURCHASED FOUR CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 2017 *** ******* SXT; 2019 *******, 2022 *** SPORTAGE AND UPGRADED THE 22 SPORTAGE TO THE **** SPORTAGE. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER MY 2022 SPORTAGE WAS APPRAISED AT $22,000 SO I TRADED IT FOR THE **** SPORTAGE PRESTIGE WHICH I ONLY HAD TO PAY $896.00 THE UPSIDE/DOWN AMOUNT. WHY DID THEY ASK ME FOR A $2100.00 DOWN PAYMENT WHICH DID NOT LOWER MY MONTHYLY PAYMENT. NO TO MENTION THAT WHEN I GOT MY SUV HOME THE FACTORY PAINT (EBONY BLACK) WAS ALREADY SCRATCHED ACROSS THE **** OF THE CARE AND THE BACK LIFE GATE DOOR HAD PERMANENT WAX DRIPPING DOWN THE DOOR WHICH I HAD TO HAVE REMOVED. I TOOK THE CARE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT THE PAINT. ABOUT A MONTH LATER I RECEIVED MY REGISTERATION AND THE SPORTAGE LISTED WAS THE LX TRIM I SENT A PICTURE TO ********************* MANAGER WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT CAR IT JUST PRINTED OUT THE WRONG TRIM. FLASHBACK TO MY 2017 OPTIMA SXT WAS TOTALED OUT AND I HAD THE *** COVERAGE THE SAME DEALERSHIP NEVER REFUNDED MY $1000.00. 1 starTHE BIGGEST LIARS OF ALL THE DEALERS, if that is even possible. They lied about the availability of the car, they switched the cars (I have two VIN numbers - one that was reserved for $500 deposit-for which I waited a month. Then all the sudden it "needed parts", at the last minute. Then they switched sales persons, and then the second one was due to arrive, and then it wasn't, and then it arrived earlier, and then they said I have to come get it now or it will be cancelled. I have been tossed around in a month and a half. I asked to speak to the *** and he is either "on vacation" or doesn't take calls. Today, I called them out on this, and was yelled at and then hung up on. It is really disgusting. They are scum.Review fromNay T

1 starWorse place to purchase a car. They sold me a lemon (2016 Kia ******** and after having it only 3 months the car was placed on A Line and all parts under the motor had to be replaced. I'm sure it was refurbished parts. Now after 2 months the car when starting it, shakes badly. Kia of Carson wants me to pay for a diagnostic test when they knew this car should have never been on the lot for sale. Please do not waste your time or money on this place. 1 starThis is the worst company ever KIA OF CARSON. I bought a new car at a high price and almost done paying it off and after being called in for a service and upgrade of anti theft software my car was stolen not even a week after but they still asking for a review. Each time I call to asked about the tracking of my car they either send me to voicemail or to a number that was no longer in service. Can you say law suit for Kia of Carson!!!! I will be having my lawyer on this full time. Willing to give up all my rent money just to *** them
