On March 10, 2025, I purchased the ***** Maxi Dress in Ivory (size Medium) from Babyboo Fashion for a total of $112.71. The package never arrived, and the packaging appears to have been faulty, which likely contributed to the issue.I reached out to Babyboo Fashion regarding the missing item. They responded once, saying the parcel was marked as delivered by the carrier and included a proof of delivery. However, the package was delivered but nothing was inside. I checked with neighbors and around the property, and nothing was found. They recommended I contact the local postal service, but since they are the sender, they are responsible for initiating a formal claim with the carrier.I followed up asking for further assistance, but since then, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with them and have been ignored.I am requesting a full refund or full in-store credit for the missing item. At the very least, I would like a resolution that reflects the fact that I paid for a product I never received.Business Response

We have reviewed the purchase and can see there were not fraud indicators on this purchase and as such it has been dispatched, unfortunately. We're unable to cancel or refund this given it's fulfillment status but if the customer believes this was purchased without their knowledge, they are welcome to dispute this with the bank.

Hi *****,
Sorry, we're a little confused. The case has come through as an Unauthorised transaction so normally in these situations, someone would have made the purchase without your knowledge and it wouldn't usually be delivered to the card holder if it was purchased fraudulently.
If you have made the purchase and wish to return it, that's totally fine, you're welcome to do this.
Can you confirm what has happened here? Did you knowingly make the purchase and wish to cancel/return it?

I really don't know why this matters. I was looking at multiple dresses from different companies, with dresses in different shopping carts. I accidently ordered this dress and within 24 hours, realized the mistake and canceled the order. I was told I couldn't because it had shipped and my only option would be store credit. I now have the dress, I have not removed any tags. I wish to return the dress for a refund. I don't know why this is so shockingly difficult.

I contacted the store more than 2 days after the package was supposedly delivered. When I contacted them to inform them that I never received it, they told me to contact them 2 days after the delivery date. I repeated myself and confirmed my address and told them its been more than 2 days. They then instructed me to contact the post office, I had already tried that with no luck they said the package mustve been stolen. I went back to the store and all they did was escalate the issue with the post office. Theyre expecting the post office to solve the issue yet they never suggested resending the package or giving me a refund. Im convinced this store is a scam as they keep ignoring the issue here. When I suggested resending the package or issuing a refund, they never responded until about a week later. They stated they werent responsible for the package. What I understand is that they dont care whether or not I received it, but theyre definitely keeping the funds I paid.Initial Complaint

On 11/28/2024, I ordered a dress from BabyBoo for my daughter. The total Price was ******.the dressed arrived several weeks later via DHL.The dress was too small so we initiated a return. Babyboo has an online return portal. We are having difficulty generating a return label, but the system error is stating that the email address is not being recognized.We received the order confirmation via text message only. The arrived, but it is too small and I need to return it. I have sent almost 10 email messages to Babyboo customer service. They do not have a contact number. The automatic generated response from "Belle" refers me back to the return portal or tells me that a technical team member will reach out to me to assist me with the return label. No one has reached to me to resolve the issue.I have requested support from the tech team and also the manager. No one has responded. My daughter bought a suit but it didn't work for her. We proceeded to return them, the Babyboo company made us pay an additional $20 shipping to return it. After having confirmed receipt of the merchandise with them and after making several attempts requesting a refund according to their policy, they do not return the money. They are supposed to give us store credit, but no matter how many attempts I make, I have never received any email from them with the credit to be able to use it.
