In December I made an order with Crigne clothing for six dresses. The order number is ******* and my credit card was charged on December 12, 2022, for $215.95. On January 13, 2023 I emailed the company inquiring about my order. They responded saying it would arrive in a few days. On January 28 I wrote a second email inquiring about my order. Again, they responded saying it would arrive in a few days. It did arrive on February 1st or 2nd. On February 7th I emailed the customer service department letting them know my intent to keep three of the six dresses, and asked them for the steps in which to follow for a return. The website states that a customer can return the products within 30 days. Their response was an offer of $15 to keep my items. On February 9th I emailed that I wanted a full refund, and again asked for the process I should follow to return the three dresses. Their response was offering $35 to keep the items. I reminded them that each dress cost $39.99, so my refund should be around $120, and again I asked for the process to return the dresses for a full refund. Also in this February 9th email I reminded them of their return policy of within 30 days and that I would be contacting the BBB if they still did not tell the process to follow for my refund. Their response was to offer $65 and told me that the freight costs would otherwise be too expensive. This companys site states that its clothes are made in **************. Can you help me recover my cost for the three dresses? I would even be willing to return all of the dresses for a full $215.95 refund if that would make it simpler. I see others have written reviews on your website with similar stories. Can you help with a resolve? Is there a way to shut down this company so no one else falls prey to this situation?Initial Complaint

Before ordering from this company, I requested refund policy instructions, and they indicated a Guarentee 30-day Full refund.I received my order and none of the clothing fit properly, so I contacted them, to send me return instructions, so I could get a refund. The order was approximately $120 worth of merchandise. They responded back to me, that they will refund me $26 and keep the clothes. I responded back, that I am returning all articles of clothing, and expect a full refund, as stated in their policy. They responded back to me that they will send me $45 refund, but the return postage is my expense. I again refused, that offer, and indicated I was going to reach out to the BBB to notify them of this fraudulent transaction. They did no respond back to me. Please remove this company off all websites and Facebooks as it is a fraudulent company.Initial Complaint

09/28/2022 charged ******* company name aderez also charged ******* company name ******. Two different company names same product. On 09/30/2022 charged ******** All three shipments contained same exact products. I only ordered one time from*******. Misrepresenting as products are not made in USA all came from China not the quality expected. I was forced to cancel credit card as they continued shipping and charging.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of snow boots that were said to be *********. I ordered the size I normally wear. The boots arrived on Oct. 19. They are not******** shoes and they are too narrow for my feet. I have communicated with ******** several times. He is refusing to provide a return label and refusing to provide a refund. From looking at your site it seems this is a pattern. I have tried to return merchandise I ordered and no phone number or tracking #, was provided or even to be found. The email reciept I recieved has a link to a website to be able to check on my order. There is no information on returns or how to contact them. The link on the email comes up as fraudulent. Ideally it would be best to get this taken down so no one else is scammed by this fraudulent merchant stealing money from people.Initial Complaint

This guy is using the website ******************************** to trick people into thinking these are real jerseys. They are the same price as real jerseys, but very very very cheap homemade brand less fakes. It was even advertised as the ********** jersey. Once I found out I was conned they immediately offered a partial refund to kee it rather than a full refund to send it back. They expect me to pay return shipping and trust them to return the money. The website has been taken down at least 5 times this week. I paid $90 for a fake jersey from a website claiming to be the browns pro shop. I'm not returning anything, this person should be in jail.Initial Complaint

Purchased three clothing items which do not fit but are also made of an odd material. The cost of the three items was $117.97. After determining the items didn't fit I requested a return authorization form for a return and refund. The reply was an offer of $18.00 and keep the items. After back and forth emails they now are offering $35.00 and keep the items. This so called business is a scam and should be shut down.
