Around 2:30 AM this morning, our debit visa card was charged $4.28 from "revolveclothingcom". I don't even know who/what this company is or where it is even located!?! Even though the money amount is relatively small, it put our household in a panic as it means our card had been compromised. I want a full refund and an explanation as to why/how this happened. I'm beyond upset.Business response

I had a charge show up on my checking account from revolveclothingcom and have never shopped, or even seen or knew this place existed. I'd like to put a stop to this as I've seen many others complain about this happening to them.Business response

I ordered from Revolve and the package was never delivered to the postoffice box which I designated. The manager of the postoffice can verify this. The signature that ontrak has obtained is not anyone who works at the Cambell postoffice. I reached out to revolve to file an investigation with Ontrak and they refuse to help me. Now I have to contact ontrak and my bank to dispute this charge.Business response

This is not my responsibility. You should have contacted DHL to have the driver go back out to the incorrect place it was delivered. If something would have happened to me you would have been held responsible.
