    I purchased a linen jacket size small and after a long wait, i received a size medium. All my attempts to contact them for an exchange failed.

    I purchased from Real Silk Life a month ago. This company refused to ship my item. After many emails and complaints company finally shipped my item. Days later I found my item was shipped to a wrong address. Again after several emails this company refuses to help me receive my item or refund my $300. This company only responds through email unhelpful information and routinely gives the runaround. Real Silk Life stole my money. Please be warned ?? and stay far away from this company.

    I returned their low quality product using **** 2 day delivery. Dropped the package off at Union city on 2/2/2024 at 1:53 pm. The business has no phone number to call and inquire about my refund. Via email, their broken English did not answer my question.

    I purchased a cashmere tracksuit in black size XL and loved it. It fit well, it was exactly as it was in the pictures so I ordered another one in gray. The gray one was not at all like the picture or like the black one in terms of color, fabric and style. The gray one was thick and itchy, the color was not at all like the picture and the pants did not have a drawstring and had pockets-not like the picture or the black one. The pants were also way too small. I requested a refund and keep getting a runaroundthey want pictures, I sent them, they want more pictures, I sent them and then nothing. It was a $259.00 tracksuit and their return and refund policy clearly states they accept returns within 90 days. They will not provide any instructions on how to return and are mostly noncommunicative.

    I attempted to purchase a pair of underwear on July 13. I was sent a tracking number that now shows as invalid.

    On February 8th I ordered a camisole and wore it one time. The silk shredded and I asked the company for a refund on the purchase. They claimed I was too heavy for the outfit and that I ripped it, however if anything the set was a bit small on me. I have worked in the apparel industry all my life and I know the quality of superior silk. This fabric is thin and flimsy and the item is made poorly.

    Ordered two items from the RealsilkLife, the one item is too small and the other item has the tag missing from it. I have been trying to reach the company using the customer service email but it does not work ******************************************* There is no phone number to contact and the chat does not work. We tried contacting through ******** but the respone came back that they are "off duty". So I would like to return all items and get a refund. I am concerned about their legitimacy. The measurement system to use to size products is not very accurate.
