Upon reviewing the correspondences, I came to know that you had contacted us to inquire about the order but agents weren't able to assist because the system was down for a few days. I assure you that this was a very unusual and unexpected event and would like to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have gone through. As a small token of apology, we are honoring you refund of the shipping charges for which the request has been submitted and should get processed within a day or two. First and foremost, I would like to express my deep regrets for the unpleasant experience. Regrettably, the order was delayed longer than usual due to the lens availability. As per the records, the order was delivered but unfortunately, you were not happy with the glasses. We have noted a refund request as per your desired resolution and it should get processed within 3-5 business days. Our sincere apologies for failing to fulfill your expectations.
