    Ten year client here to tell you I very much dislike this company. They consistently s**** things up and the people running the accounts keep leaving, quitting, or getting fired. I have not had a solid account manager in over 5 years. I do not recommend this company and have been locked into this number because I have it in every online phone book across the world. Changing the number is a super headache. Last year I was going to leave and realized how locked in I am. I had no choice but to keep it active or endure serious issues. I have this year over 10 hours of my time into fixing issues with them and I am consistently given bad information. Ten hours of my time is worth way more than this service is. I want a way to dump you and take this number to a more reputable service!

    Hi ***,We are sorry you feel this way. We should be honest and clarify a few things. First, we have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the industry. Our account managers are here to help you and whomever is available when your request comes is the one that will address your concern. As far as the 10 hours you have spent this year, there were only a total of 4 issues you seemed to have, all regarding payment processing and plan selection, which at your request was set to manual so that no automatic payments would be processed. You are also NOT locked into to us. As you have been informed, you may port your numbers at anytime, provided you do not have an outstanding balance. If you wish to port your numbers to another carrier, please initiate the process with them and we will gladly help you as we have always provided you with first class service. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    As consumers can see above, nothing but excuses. They start by saying they should be honest. That should tell you all you need to know. Again, my personal 10 year experience was good till the original account managers disappeared. I'm sure they were all promoted! As for having the lowest turnover, that also seems funny and isn't true from my point of view. I have started to port away from this company and I am done arguing with them. All I get as a 10 year consumer is excuses and wasted time. I was told to ignore those emails and told that I was a valued customer. I was told to add a second card which I did. After I got upset I was told there was a hold on the account for me to manually do the payments each month. Why did I add a second card? I have lots of correspondence on this. I called in several times and was told all was Ok and told to ignore those emails. I was told that it would clear out at the next cycle cause I have almost no calls to those numbers. Note, no calls to those numbers. They are just sitting there. They never said anything about the hold and manual approval of each payment or I would have clarified my position. No worries, I'm moving on, but you are wrong not me.

    I Can not believe I am forced to give them even this one star, i can assure you that there are no stars at this company, black holes perhaps but no stars. I am not sure how I ended up enrolling with this traveling clown college, but I would rather jerk off with a handful of bumblebees before I did business with them again. This level of ineptitude has to be considered an art, as no one outside of that den of idiots could possibly recreate it as a business model. I mourn for the **** pools that obviously went stagnant prior to the birth of this conglomerate of idiots.

    We are sorry to hear about your complaint. However as we stated to you in our conversations, we were more than happy to help address your business concerns but when you berate and cuss out our representatives we had no further choice but to end the calls. Per your request we cancelled your account and at no time were you ever charged any monies.
