    This company sent us office supplies without us ever agreeing and now continues to harass us for money over products we are not using nor want. When we try to look them up there are hundreds of reviews of this being a scam and others experiencing the same issue. This company also does not have a website.

    Greentech Imagining called and offered a promotional ink cartridge for a discounted price. I accepted the trial ink cartridge and then proceeded to hear from them insistently. I received a bill in the mail for the ink cartridge and paid it, think it was just for the one cartridge. Next thing I know they are calling to send us a case of cartridges claiming that was how I got the promotional discount. We are a small business, there is no way we will ever use this much ink. I had agreed at first, thinking it was just a box of 6 cartridges and that it was honestly my mistake, received the ink, paid the bill, then got a call to send the remaining cartridges from my order. This continued with the *** splitting up the order for us, but it never seems to stop. I finally told them I am done and we agreed to them sending us four cases of paper to make up for the cost. I reiterated that after this we are done and the *** confirmed. Lo and behold I get another phone call a month later to send out the rest of the paper cases that I know I never agreed to. The *** keeps saying she understands and its taken care of, but then they call me a month later to send me the remaining order. I keep telling them we are done.

    Approximately 6 weeks ago, I received a phone call from the nicest representative from the company who said she was new to this job & would like to offer me a set of free ink cartridges for my business' work printer. I pressed her twice that there was no catch, that this was free and that there would be no additional shipments sent unless I ordered them. She stated "absolutely free. We are hoping to earn your business and want you to try out the free ink cartridges and be sure that you are satisfied before you place an order". Great! I said I'd give them a try. I was surprised to see that there were more cartridges sent than I was expecting in the box. Fast forward to this past week, I believe January 6th. I got a call from the billing department telling me that I owed over $450 for the ink cartridges. A complete scam!!! Luckily for me the 8 of the 12 cartridges that they are demanding payment for are unopened and returnable (at least that is what they are saying. They promised a return label to be sent to me in 2 to 3 days, but according to other Better Business Bureau reviews that sounds unlikely since the promised 2-3 day window has already passed. NO ONE should do business with this ************. I demand 1. a return label 2. no further shipments 3. an email stating they received my unused 8 cartriges after they are received.

    We are very sorry to learn of the customers unsatisfactory experience with our company.   We have a strict company policy not to ship any merchandise unless our customers authorize us to do so.  Obviously, we were not as clear as we could have been. 

    Per the customers desired settlement, we have placed the account on our Do Not Call list.  An RMA was issued and the merchandise was returned to zero-out the invoice.

    We have since made improvements to better our customers experience.

    I got a call at my desk from someone at GreenTech Imaging around 10/8/2024, who told me they wanted to send us trial office supplies which would include a full catalog as well as contact information if we decided not to pursue this vendor. I agreed, assuming they were an actual reputable business and then didn't hear from them. Then about a week later I received a box of office supplies and a box of copy paper, with the only branding being on the shipping label. After receiving the boxes was when I looked the company up and realized it was not legitimate or up to standards and I wanted to return the products. I submitted a contact request through their website and was contacted about a shipping label and was told they would be emailed. That conversation would've happened around 10/21. I never received the shipping labels and had to reach out again today. When trying to call the toll free number, I just got sent to voicemail when I selected customer service as well as when I selected operator. I just received a call back after leaving a voicemail from a gentleman who said he had to request another shipping label as the supplier had only sent one. All I am needing to do is receive shipping labels to send the products back, without being charged. I'm writing this complaint because I'm not sure if I will ever receive shipping labels to return the product and I want to verify that I will not receive more products or any other bills. I will not be paying for any products/shipping costs.

    It is with great concern and regret we received this letter outlining the problem the customer had with our service.  Our intent is to always provide the best possible results to all our customers, and we continue to look for ways to achieve this goal.  Per the customers desired settlement, all issues have been resolved and the invoice has been zeroed out.

    With that said, we take our complaints seriously and thank the customer for expressing her experience with our company.  We believe this complaint with the BBB was not warranted as our **************** representative responded the same day she emailed us about her issue.  Our intent is to always provide the best possible results to all our customers and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused as this issue should have been taken care of that very same day, not a few days after.

    This company called me and told me they would send out some trash bags and folding towels. They said it would cost ***** for a box of each to try out with no obligation and 30 days to pay. I got the bill several days after the delivery and 1 day before the billing due date, which is listed as 15 days to pay, not the 30 I was originally quoted. When I went to their website to pay, I entered my credit card information into what I realized is a NON SECURE server!! When I tried to remove my credit card info, it is not attached to my account. This is the first part of a scam to collect my credit card info. I had to cancel my card due to their recording my information without securing it. There is no place to pay online. I realize after looking them up that they are scammers and continually do thus. I want them to take these items back and cease all further communication with my company. I will be recording any further communication and forwarding to the proper agencies. They misrepresented themselves and what they have to offer. I call it bold face lying and will not be stuck going down the same path as many others have.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, especially since we have a strict company policy not to ship any orders unless our customers authorize us to do so.  The order was placed March 19,2024 on a recorded quality control process where the customer verbally agreed to the following terms and conditions:   introductory price, 15-day introductory trial,and bill-to and ship-to address (please note these items were also disclosed on the packing slip and invoices).  Regarding the website payment issue, we are continually looking to improve our customer satisfaction and understand there are times when a customer may not be fully satisfied with our results.  We are currently investigating this matter internally and per the customers desired resolution, we have placed the customer on our Do Not Call list.  We value our customers and if there are further questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

    Company called with some free items and if we liked them we could buy the rest. Told me after the trial that they sell in boxes of a dozen. I bought the rest and was told I would need to call to place other orders. They called me after I completed payment and said I had to purchase the rest of the order. I now have two years worth of products. They told me again that I would have to call to place future orders. Called me again telling me I had to purchase the rest of the order. I explained that they already told me my order was complete and I needed to call to place an order. He said I confused that with him saying that he split my invoice in three. I want them to stop calling and sending me product.

    Business called us and portrayed a decent deal on refillable ink cartridges. First transaction went well and then we were roped into the next purchase. I would repeatedly tell them I am to *** with my ink and they would send another package when I asked them to wait. I am very shy and their sales tactics were deceiving and hard to work around. They would continually call back and make you feel like you have to purchase. The invoices were totaling thousands of dollars and I have begun completely avoiding their calls. We no longer use the printer and we have told them to stop calling and we no longer have the printer. They continue to harass us even when we have been ***** on the phone we are no longer working with them. If it continues to happen I will be filing a police report for harassment.

    Sometime in May 2021 we were contacted by Greentech with a promotional deal with a Buy 1 with a Free cartridge, 30-day trial, and then we were to purchase 2 more. Since that time we have purchased a total of 3 more cartridges and every time we pay an invoice they say there are more cartridges to buy out of the promotional agreement. The company is incredibly shady in their practices, they are harassing on the phone and use a lot of double speak. We are loaded with cartridges, and feel that we more than fulfilled the original agreement with the company. They provide refilled refurbished cartridges, which I have no problem with, but their sales tactics are truly despicable and we would like to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.

    GreenTech Imaging had called us for a "Free gift" as a promotion and because of good credit. They then billed us for said "free gift" and kept sending new invoices as if we keep placing orders from them. They are very pushy people and even get offended when we told them we never ordered those things.
