If its possible to give 0 stars, I would. Fitness 19 had been my first gym to go into, I got a membership last September 2022 along with a Personal Trainer which was $140 a week. I had cancelled my trainer and membership all together around November, my personal trainer said that it was our last training session ever. I paid the cancellation fee for my membership and this March 2023 I decided to join again. A week after that I saw that there was a pending charge on my bank account which was $140, I called the gym and they said that theyll call me back after the managers done with the meeting but he never called me back. They kept on charging me $140 for the Personal Trainer and Club Account membership on the old membership I had which was CANCELLED. I had never been with a PT again after last time, IDK WHY THEY KEPT ON CHARGING ME THAT RIDICULOUS AMOUNT!! The $140 is a recurring payment too, up until now they still charge me that huge amount like 8x already!! I did not authorize any of these payments and they took $1,120 from me already! I went back to the gym and explained but the manager in charge said that he cant do anything about the refund and he gave me the email of the district manager for me to contact to. I emailed the district manager yesterday but he didnt replied, I waited for a whole *** as the guy in-charged of the gym said he replies quickly to the emails!! This is fraudulent, I want all my money back!!
