TL;DR - ************ hires unprofessional thugs that you should not trust to let into your home if you care about the safety of your family.Do NOT hire this company!!! We hired them to replace our HVAC unit. They came late and unprepared. We discussed with the boss and the workers that we wanted them to send an invoice via email (which they agreed to). They ran late on their job, so I had to go into work. I confirmed with them that they were going to send an invoice that would be paid later. My girlfriend was sick and stayed home from work to watch the house. After the job was done, the workers harassed her for money to the point of tears. They made her drain her checking account. Since it didn't cover the amount, the worker told her that "they would be back for the money" in a threatening tone. She says she does not feel safe in the house any more. The company has done little more than a half-assed apology while trying to hound us for the rest of the money. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!Warning: these people are out for a fast buck and do shoddy work. They use high pressure from the initial call and first visit. The person answering the first call wanted to be sure we were ready to do something because they like to install it the very next day. The two guys who showed up seemed to know what they were doing but also insisted we commit on the first visit. At first, the heating system seemed to work, but a month or two later, it would shut off shortly after coming on. We called TRC and a tech came out. He claimed that our house vents were too small for the new heater. I complained to the manager because they should have known that before installation. She apologized and gave us a discount for installing the new vents. All was OK until the hot weather came in July. We turned on the A/C and all seemed well for a few days until we discovered a water spot on our rug in a bedroom near our hallway heating/air closet. Water dripped profusely from our "new" system that got under the carpet and hallway wood floors. TRC sent out two reps the next day and found that our A/C coil was shot. TRC said they were not responsible. Oh no, said the owner of the company. We were trying to save you money he claimed. He did apologize, but added it was just bad luck. He offered to install another coil at a reduced price but refused to do anything about our water damage. Soon after, he sent us a text again apologizing and saying he would stand by us. No way. The company took advantage of us too often. We hired a reputable firm to come and fix everything. They quickly found that the coil was not level, the vent in the cabinet was poorly sealed and the outdoor A/C unit was backward. It cost us a considerable amount of money to have those items fixed when the job should have been done correctly the first time. When you install a new HVAC system, you expect it to be "all-new". The company should be named The Worst Choice.
