    I booked a long distance move from ***** to ************** with Blvd Moving because they represented they would have my items delivered within 5-14 calendar days. Based on this timeline and when I would arrive in **************, I booked the pick up for 7/28/24. I was told I would pay in 3 installments. I paid the first installment with a credit card that had just been unlocked (to book the move). There was an issue with their system. So, I had to fill out a form with my credit card information. Within 24 hours, a fraudulent charge out of **********, where the company is based, appeared on the card; the card had to be cancelled. I was also told they would be in contact with me 24 hours before my pick up date to give me a window for pick up. They did not call. I was forced to call several times on 7/26 before they finally scheduled my pickup for the following day at noon. By 2 pm the following day, I had not heard from the driver; so, I called several times again. Finally I was told the driver would be there at 6 pm. When he arrived, the driver told me I was not on his list for pick up until that morning. Had I not called several times, they would not have picked up my belongings. At pick up, I paid the second installment. The 14th day for delivery is August 8. I am now being told that my belongings are still in a warehouse in *****, that because I did not pay for a guaranteed delivery (an option that was never offered, and no one mentioned until today) my belongings may not arrive before 21 days from pick up-a day difference. They now also claim that the window was 14 business days. This is false. This move and the pick up date was planned around 5-14 calendar days. I planned this move around a new job and will be unavailable to be present for delivery after the August 8 (14 day) drop off date. This company has concerning business practices including misrepresentation, fraud, mishandling of personal or sensitive data, and theft.

    Once you hire BLVD communication will become terrible. Even on the day of delivery nobody would call me back or read email. But before I hired them they always responded within minutes. At 4:45pm on Fri I still didnt know if BLVD was arriving Sun at 8. I finally got told they were coming Mon. At 8 am Sun the driver called to say actually its today. Whatever quote they give you is worthless. Once the truck is packed that is when theyll tell you its going to cost $2,100 more. The driver told me the salesperson can say whatever he wants but no quote matters until the truck is packed. The manager told me video walkthroughs are next to useless and in person estimates arent much better. BLVDs web site says free no surprise quotes. When I got angry the manager told me You know, I dont want to say it but well, youre just being a real --you know. Mr. ******** please tell your women clients what word completes your sentence?We paid BLVD $8,500. I now need to hire movers to move my items to storage. The BLVD **** arrived so late they could not complete the storage stop I had paid for. They just piled everything into our apartment. I fought with the manager on the phone for a refund for the storage stop. He called it a discount. I fought with the manager hard enough he finally took off half of the $2,100. BLVD claims they will match any quote. In our case BLVD had to drop their quote by about $2,000. Once our stuff was on their truck they increased our move price by $2,100. BLVD claims any furniture we take apart we put back together. Guaranteed. Our daughters bunk bed is a pile of pieces. The driver shows me a ticking clock and says he only has 2 hours to work. I remind him I paid $150 for a storage stop. He shows me the ticking clock again. This is the same driver who loaded our belongings. We talked about permits and storage that day.The few calls I got from BLVD came through as Retro Experts or *****************
