    I purchased an item on their website, and when checking out, "Free Shipping" was noted and I made the purchase. I was subsequently contacted by the vendor and notified their website made an error, and an additional $14.00 for shipping was required. I requested a cancellation of the purchase, but the full amount was not refunded. I feel this is was very deceiving on their part by trying to charge for shipping after the fact, but even worse was to not fully refund my purchase amount.

    The owner is very rude and irrational via email and via phone. He is unable to act like a mature man that owns a business. Avoid purchasing anything from this store. This EXACT items are available on Amazon and are much more reasonably priced.

    It's unfortunate that this customer feels the need to go all over the Internet to try to ruin our reputation, all because she accidentally inputted the wrong street address when placing her order on our website. We will provide the BBB a copy of the shipping address that the customer provided us, and the email she sent showing proof of the shipping address on her order confirmation email she received. After I pointed out that she made a mistake and accidentally put the wrong shipping address, she changed the story to say that she never did put in that address even though she sent us an email showing the order confirmation email with her shipping address clearly shown. PayPal also provided us with the same shipping address, indicating that it was a mistake when the order was placed. All we did was point out the mistake and the customer got upset with us and felt the need to try and trash our reputation all over the Internet for a simple mistake she made when placing the order.

    ***** at the K5 Optima store loves to gaslight. The bad reviews sound just like a broken record at this point. My complaint is not with the products, but with the poor customer service that comes after the business makes a mistake. This purchase was made through PayPal. Any adult with an average IQ would realize that the customer doesn't enter an address, Paypal does. This man has accused me of not knowing my own address on 3 different forums. The business confirmation email as well as the PayPal confirmation email both list my correct address. Business owner accused me, the customer, of photoshopping both confirmation emails. PayPal will set him straight. The way he treats people is disgusting and he should have no business as far as I'm concerned. This issue is way deeper than the item I ordered and the fact that he sent it to my street address, hut wrong city. I have complete confidence that PayPal will show ***** their confirmed email with correct "unedited" address just like I did, but he'll have no choice but to comply at that point.

    We have been in business for 10 years and have a 4.5-star rating on Yelp, and a 4.6-star rating on Yotpo review service, despite your review putting our company down for shipping your order to the address you provided when purchasing on our site.

    Let me ask you a question, did you not send us an email with a screenshot circling your address in red color? Can you be honest and answer this question? I have a screenshot saved showing you sending us an email with red circles around the address in Staten Island. I pointed that out to you, and you replied stating: "Ugh!! I didn't even read that far. It must have been the address just below or above the correct address. If you look back at all of my previous orders, you will see where the mistake was made." admitting that you made a mistake. We use Shopify and the only way for us to change your address is to manually go into your order and make the change, which would indicate that in our system, which it does not. PayPal will NOT side with you, as you clearly made a mistake and put in the wrong city and postal code, which despite what you say here, actually happens kind of often since browsers use autofill and the address information is sometimes autocorrected, and missed when checking out. Why would we randomly pick a different city and postal code in your state but get the street address correct? That makes no sense, all we do is simply copy and paste the address from Shopify our website provider, to our shipping software.

    I went back and confirmed the address provided to us from PayPal, and it is the one in Staten Island. The ironic part here, which I also left in the Yelp review response is, just last month you accidentally ordered emblems for a Kia Sportage, then reached out saying we sent you the wrong ones because you have a 21 Kia Seltos. Do you remember that? We helped you then when you made a mistake and you apologized for that mistake, but this time you want to blame us for this and are adamant we messed up even though you just made an error in a very similar way last month when ordering from us. SMH, this is the unfortunate reason that there are fewer and fewer small businesses out there supporting small niche markets like the Kia aftermarket part platform, because customers want to point blame on small business owners instead of acknowledging their mistake. This isn't about the cost of the emblem, or our customer service, it's about doing the right thing as a human being. You literally emailed us a screenshot of your order confirmation showing the address in Staten Island, and I will send that to the BBB if you deny it, but it would be nice if you could be honest about that, as you literally circled it in red circles and emailed it to us.
