I ordered City Lips which promised lip plumping immediately. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it is $35 for thick lip gloss and does not do what it promises AT ALL

City Beauty is TERRIBLE! Do not waste your money with them. I have been a pro MUA for over 10 years and have never experienced such awful service and policies. They are still shipping things to me 6 months after I cancelled my order, and if i want a refund, I am stuck paying for return shipping on items I cancelled months ago due to their tardiness in shipping! Since I purchase a lot of product for my business, I try to support other smaller businesses so I thought I would give them a shot. The lip glosses were eh, like drug store quality. The wrinkle filler did not even work, no product would dispense so I send it back (on my dime) for a refund. Months went by and then they sent me another that I now also have to return and I am stick paying for shipping on that as well. I placed my order in November and am still getting product I cancelled in December, in April of the next year!City Beauty Response

Do not do business with City Beauty. I ordered one product online from there for $45. I immediately started to receive order confirmation of other product that I did not order. I called City Beauty immediately but they were not open. So I sent an email about the situation and the next morning I called again. Only to be told that they WON'T cancel the 3 OTHER orders. On top of that they informed I was responsible for the shipping of the order I didn't!!!! The shipping will be significant given the size of the other orders. Not only is their customer service HORRID the customer service agent was not sympathetic to my situation.Beware of doing business online with City Beauty.City Beauty Response

Ordering went smooth, came on time, even earlier than I expected actually. (I'm in *********, *****) Their packaging was secure, everything came in one piece and looks quite nice on display. I've been using city lips for a couple weeks and I can really tell a difference on my lips! No burn and quite moisturizing. 'Still a bit sticky when fresh' Is the only complaint I hear from my boyfriend ??.City Beauty Response

They are continually taking orders with no product. No communication that item is sold out and once you reach out they tell u we have no stock and no ETA!When i posted a comment on one of their posts on instagram about what is going on, they had me restricted! I never received my lip gloss. I wrote them notifying them I didn't receive the product. Instead of reissuing the products, they reinstated it was delivered. But I never received it. I haven't heard from them. They are not very helpful and have inferior customer service. I hope I can get a refund.City Beauty Response

I purchased three jars of Invisicrepe Beauty Balm some moths ago after viewing the lengthy online video which sounded so ******* and genuine. I diligently applied the balm as instructed as well as increase uptake of water and undertake more excerise. There was absolutely no change at all which was very disappointing. Even a little improvement would have been encouraging. The before and after shots were so convincing. I feel ripped off and a product like this that doesn't do as it claims should be taken off the market. *** BCity Beauty Response

Bought both the multi action, sculpting cream and the lip balm neither product work and the skin cream has my entire face broke out in a rash. Product information says for any skin and stands behind all their product and this is the first product I have used years that has done this to my skin. As for the lip balm, all it is is a good gloss. It does not do anything to plump the lips as the product states.City Beauty Response

ECity beauty is full of c*** Ordered lip enhancement and firming cream. It does nothing. Your better off getting lip injections. I cant believe they get away with this. Never order again. It is a rip offCity Beauty Response
