    Buyer beware! My husband purchased a special edition 50th ****************** backpack for me. I loved it and was so excited! I am extra cautious with it knowing it is a special edition. I was really upset when I noticed the straps cracked and are tearing away. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said they do not give a warranty even though it is obviously poor quality. $100 out the window! I won't be buying anytjing else from them!

    Placed an order during the cyber Monday sale which included 5 backpacks and 4 wallets. Not only did it take almost two months to receive but the order was incomplete. I have emailed multiple times but have only received automated emails from them. Will never buy directly from this site again.

    Doing business with this company is unacceptable. I didn't get my order until I said I was going to dispute it. I received my cyber Monday order on December 28th. Immediately asked for a refund because I no longer needed them. I got a basic email on January 6th that I'm in line to be taken care of. It has now been two weeks since I sent my email. Email is the only way you can communicate with them too. Mind you they have a 7 day from receiving the product policy for returns too.

    Loungefly is a horrible company. They will take your money and not ship your item. Hopefully they go out of business soon.

    Placed my order on cyber Monday, never received my shipping confirmation and still haven't received my order. No way of handling this situation at hand because there is no customer service number to reach. Communication with email is automated. Horrible experience!

    I ordered on their cyber monday sale in November. It is currently 01/05 and I have been absolutely ghosted by the company. The order has not shipped and on top of that they are not answering any of their emails. I have resorted to posting on their ******** and still no response. I will not order from this company ever again and hope more people see this review. And all the other reviews. They are not a trustworthy site. Last time i checked when you pay money for goods you don't receive that is called a scam.

    I, like many others, ordered items in November 2022 only for this company to handle the shipping and distribution so poorly that we STILL do not have our orders one month later at the end of December. Their initial order email statued "shipped within 7 days" then in a follow up email with their customer service they stated "orders will ship within 2 weeks".

    Now it is one month later, and i have seen zero movement or updates on my item. I was also told that a cancellation was not possible due to "the item was being processed" yet somehow when the stuff really started hitting the fan, they offered order cancellations magically by replying to an email. And what's worse is that they were having a hard enough time shipping items already ordered, but somehow thought it was appropriate to offer a 15% off coupon to order MORE STUFF YOU WILL NOT GET. Unacceptable.

    This is one of the worst retailer experiences i have ever had and i do not normally leave reviews on things unless the service was spectacular, or the opposite which this one unfortunately is.

    Spectacularly bad, and will not be doing business with them any longer, nor any of their affiliated companies.

    I have been waiting for my order since November 28, 2022. I have emailed loungefly several times with no reply or updates. They have poor communication with customers and do not offer any explanation.

    I ordered a bag 3 weeks ago and even downloaded the "shop" app to see what progress was made. It said my "order was placed". Was hoping to surprise my sister with one of these bags for Christmas but I don't believe it will arrive by then at this rate. I will never order from their site again. The other problematic thing here is that they only give you an email to contact not an actual person over the phone. You would think as much as they charge you for a backpack that they could afford some better customer service.
