            Hired them to fix a broken valve in my downstairs shower/bathtub and they flooded my upstairs bathroom by leaving all the fixtures running for 30 minutes after they turned the water back on at the house. Tried to get the company to bring out a water mitigation team to dry out the ceiling downstairs and the owner, ***** *****, proceeded to call me a liar, tell me it's my fault, say that it's their policy to leave all the fixtures running on full blast for 30 minutes straight without telling the homeowner that they've restored water to the house, and then hung up on me. Had to call ******* to get them bring out several dehumidifiers and start the process of cleanup. I've also had to start an insurance claim to get someone to come repair the damage to my ceiling.

            I was significantly overcharged for replacing a garbage disposal when I supplied the new unit. They initially quoted me $650 and when I pointed out that that was high and that I was a repeat customer, they only took $100 off of that price. I later learned that most places would do that same service for significantly cheaper. I also noticed at the end when I was signing some paperwork on the iPad, that they had my property pulled up in Zillow to see what the property is worth. I guess they figure taking advantage of a single mom ******* home from work would be pretty easy!
