    I am seeking for the BBB to hopefully help me have Pacific Sky Solar honor the original agreement signed. I got approved for financing and the fact that the bussiness did not follow the guidelines **** forth by the finance company is not my fault. Unfortunately they have tried getting me approved with other companies but did not succeed . I do not feel it is my fault this financing was lost nor do I think I should be finding my own financing for this matter. Again , I would like for the business to honor the original agreement signed. Please contact me for any further details or explanation. Thank you

    I am filing this complaint and requesting the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) help to mediate a resolution to the problem PacificSky Solar has created for me.On August 16, 2020, I hired PacificSky Solar to install solar panels on my home. The company's sales agent, ****, did not inform my family about the poor condition of our roof before proceeding with the installation.Furthermore, Abdo was not truthful about the government rebate for installing solar panels. He told me I would receive a 26% rebate in the form of a tax refund the following year, but I only received a tax credit when I filed my taxes. This information was very misleading.Additionally, the installation of the solar panels has caused severe leaking in my roof during the rainy season. PacificSky Solar has neglected my numerous requests for support to fix these ongoing problems.I was also given a warranty by the company in case there were any technical problems with the panels. I've been experiencing multiple problems with the solar panels as well, but the company has failed to fix the problems.I have tried everything in my power to communicate with the company. I am requesting your help to find a prompt resolution to this issue.

    This solar company is responsible for carrying out all warranty issues pertaining to all equipment installed. I have been without solar since June of 2023. They came to my location Oct 13, 2023, did testing, advised the Inverter (equipment which catches the solar rays and converts to elect.) wasn't operating properly. I was told to call the manufacturer of the inverter, SolarEdge, located in *******, ***, only to find out that Pacific Sky Solar should be the only contact with this company. I was told by Pacific Sky Solar that my contacting SolarEdge would 'hurry' them along in sending a replacement inverter!! SolarEdge advised that the solar company should return to my home, do a 'String Ground Test', with solar edge technicians via telephone, giving instructions. I have passed this info to Pacific Sky Solar, via email (they no longer answer their phones) 'we will get back to you', 'I will pass your info to my supervisor', and on and on!! Let me add that I have paid in excess of $1500.00 for electric bills!!! I also went as far as hiring another solar company (Pacific Sun Technologies, Murrieta, Ca) to check behind Pacific Sky Solar ($678.00). They found the same problem. The inverter is reading an error. In order to prove the problem, Pacific Sky Solar needs to return and do the test. Pacific Sun Technologies will accommodate me, another $472.00 charge!!! Pacific Sky Solar is my warrantor!!! They should return to conduct this test!! Let me add, Pacific Sky Solar has known my service was not functioning since June of 2023!! They have the ability to monitor all installed systems via the internet and they said nor did anything until October 2023. Now they are hiding or are no longer in business!! If this is true, any and all service I may need will be out of my pocket!!

    I signed my solar contract on 01/23/21 and the solar turn on until May 21. The city came out they did not approve. It was requested the breaker panel be upgraded. The fees were 3K-4K initially.It was agreed with **** rep to pay 2K out of pocket although PacificSkysolar had already assessed the panel and set up the solar switch box. On 4/17, i received a quote of 29k. as the fiberglass is showing. On 04/11, I called PacificSkySolar at ************ and spoke to rep *** who informed me the cost of removal and replacement of each panel is $250-$280Xpanel. I asked for a copy of the roof assessment and was informed there are no notes as to the roof's condition(as there usually is). I also asked to speak to the manager who was busy at the time. I spoke to ******* rep at ************ several times (4/13/23, 04/17/23, 05/10/23)He stated he is scheduling for the leak to be assessed .on 5/10, i informed ******* that the leak is not where the panels are and I did not want to set the appointment and asked to speak to a manager and requested a copy of the roof assessment or picture, he stated he will ask and call me back. On 5/11/23, PacificSki Solar had roofers at my house to assess the leak. On 05/11, I spoke to **** who called me from ************ who informed me I made an appointment to have the leak reviewed . I informed I specifically said no to the appointment as the roof is not leaking from where the solar panels are & asked to speak to the manager and requested the roof assessment when it was assessed for Solar. **** agreed to email pictures to ******************* she stated the supervisor **** is not available and will call me back. I have not spoken to a manager. I have tried to call the sales rep *** at ************(0n 5/11) and sent sent email request on 5/7 and 5/11) to ********************************* *************************************** shadi@********************************************************************, and ***************************************

    I had the solar system installed on my main property and thus far there has been no solar credits given to me for what appears to be the entire year. At first the rep ******************* assurred me that it was just my usage that goes over the amount produced but I recently had been out of my residence due to renovations where little if any power should be used and yet I still have accured zero solar credits which tells me that something is wrong with the system or how its setup. I've been messaging/calling the rep everyday for a couple of months now and she either gives me the "I'll call you back after I talk to them" , "Someone should call you later" , I'll call you back with more infomation" etc. but she never follows through. She has in the past few days never responds to my messages or calls. I have been very patient but this is ridiculous. She was very responsive trying to make the sale but now that something is wrong she ghosts me. Very disappointing experience and I'm basically paying for something that does nothing.

    I have been trying to get my solar panels fixed on warranty since November 30-2022. I have had several phone contacts and emails with Pacific Skys Solar **************** agents since November. ******* but they have not called me or repaired on my panels. It would be nice to get them repaired. I have included the emails and the contract so PacificSky can review.
