              I purchased a mattress from nestbedding.com which comes with life time warranty. I am noticing structure issues with mattress and have shared full details of this along with pictures but unfortunately Nestbedding is not willing to cover warranty. It's very clear that mattress is broken and has structure issue but they are claiming this as typical wear and tear which is not case here.I would like nestbedding to relook this and provide replacement considering it's structure issue and got bended in center.

              Difficult customer service and return policy on pillow inconsistent throughout site - a legal issue. Had to follow up multiple times with customer service and answer a bunch of questions to get a pillow return "approved", despite being well within their "try it free for 30 days policy". Then when the return was received by the company, they "were on an extended holiday" and forgot to refund my money for 11 more days until I inconveniently followed up with them. The Terms and Conditions on the site do not mention a $10 non-refundable shipping fee for returns on pillows, and suddenly when I went to make this return, the **************** team pointed to a different returns page, that mentions the fee and says "Read More in our Terms and Conditions page" - which is, of course, the page that conveniently does not mention any non-refundable shipping fees for pillows.Sketchy company, unreliable customer service. Would not trust again.

              The pillow has been returned and refunded at this time. While the pillow was returned over a holiday weekend, it did take a slightly longer timeframe to fully process the return, and we appreciate any patience during these times. Shipping fees are a service, and not subject to refund in the case of a return, as stated in our terms of service, but we happily provide return shipping labels at no additional fee. We're sorry the pillow didn't ultimately work out and for any delay in your refund, but thank you for working with our team.
