      Bought the emerald ***** short sequin dress. Dress was shedding right out of the package. Even though reviews said it DID NOT SHED. Wore the dress once. Cant wear again it looks like a bald alley cat. Terrible quality for a $70-85 dress I definitely expected better. Dont think Ill be purchasing from lulus again. Throughly disappointed.

      Agree.......The rug quality is terrible and their customer service very awful. I would not buy on Etsy either as they will not back up the buyers. I would run as fast as I could away from buying from this company! The rug wore out super fast after one sitting at the dinning room table. Unbelievable and they accused me of abusing the rug with furniture! They say it arrived in good condition which it did but I never thought it would fall apart so fast! It's like buying a nice shoe and after wearing it to church the sole falls off and they say I abused it! LOL RUN RUN RUN from this company!

      i fully returned my order. I did a *** dropbox for the return, out about $90 some dollars, they said since i do not have a weight, they will not refund me the missing amount. AWFUL, it was fully returned, i feel so scammed.

      They are skewing their product reviews: I left a 1 star review for one of their dresses with photos and they never published it to their website. This on top of the shocking quality of that dress is a huge red flag. They did show a handful of one star reviews for that dress but as mine was not included, I cant help but suspect other poor reviews are missing.

      Made over $500 in purchases over the past year. Initially, the items looked nice but after the first wash (in cold water, delicate cycle, and hang dry), all the items shrunk and lost their shape. Unfortunately, most of the items were dresses and they are too short for me to wear again (Im only 54). Learner my ****** to never purchase clothes form here again. At their price points (each dress >$60), I would expect better quality products that last more than one wear

      Lulus is my go to for any type of outfit for any type of event. The quality of their clothing is always superb. I had a recent issue with an order (to no fault of their own, just the company they use for shipping) and one of their customer service reps gave me a solution that was better than I could have ever predicted. I could not be happier with the company.

      I had multiple great experiences with Lulus. I first bought a dress for a wedding from there that had to be hemmed, and even my seamstress was impressed with the quality. I then bought a few dresses and two pairs of shoes for my own wedding. I ended up keeping two dresses and one pair of shoes, returning the rest of the products easily and was refunded quickly. I again got many compliments on the dress from not only my guests but on the quality from the seamstress who hemmed it and the other wedding professionals. I would recommend Lulus in a heartbeat.

      Terrible that they did NOT give me a refund for my 45 dollar purchase that I returned within 10 day time period. The wrap I ordered WAS NOT as pictured. ********************* on overpriced non refundable clothes.

      Most of the clothes have poor quality and bad fitting. They claim to be an affordable luxury brand and market themselves that way but that isn't really the case. If you try to return their items most of the times their labels are not accessible and then they take time to provide it to you separately. If by then the 30 day window has passed they will not refund anything. If you keep requesting then may be a store credit even if the fault is at their end. ************* also make sure to offer excellent customer service. ****'s is just another brand trying to fit into that space with nothing that stands out to make the experience like that of a luxury brand. I purchased many items from this website specifically for one year. I must have ordered some ***** items in one year. Most of which I returned it I had to sell them off because they are stringent about their return policy without taking into consideration their own response to any return related issues the customer is facing. This is the one and the only year I bought anything from their website. It seems they have tied up with *********, may be to appear more like a luxury brand in the eyes of the customer, I personally feel if you're interested in any item on their website, it's best to buy it through Nordstrom.Even the way it is packed and parceled it doesn't match the standards of any other luxury brand. There are also sometimes threads hanging from clothes with creases all over. Also, in one whole year of so many orders they never offered any discounts or special offers. This brand is far far from title of luxury brand. After this experience, I do not feel investing in this brand at all. It is not wise to buy clothes from here when they cannot be returned and also that most of the order has to be returned because it is cheap quality. I recently saw many of their items being sold on platforms like ***** and other websites at half the price. It is the same quality.

      Horrible company horrible customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Bout a $150 gift card by accident (meant to grab lululemon) and now they will do NOTHING to help.
