Quality was horrible and return process is another scam.. they charge you $6on every return and they skim more off the top. Example, paid $70 for a dress and had to pay 5.95 to return. I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering from lulus. How is it that Amazons return process is quicker and painless? I was perfectly happy with the second order because I ended up with a wedding dress I loved. But I returned my first order and still havent received my refund. I get emails stating its on its way. My card will show the transaction as soon as its sent, no waiting period with my bank. This process is unacceptable and almost considered fraud. By the looks of the reviews and Reddit responses I think the ceo needs to go back to the drawing board on the return policy and turn around time. IT SHOULDNT BE A SECOND PARTTIME JOB HUNTING DOWN MY MONEY. I wont order again.Lulu's Fashion Lounge, LLC

No longer worth shopping here. Customers apparently are not important to **********************. Prices are inflated for the quality, return windows are inconveniently short during the holiday season, and returns are costly if you are in between sizes and trying to order more than one size or try on multiple pieces. You would think an online only company would have a more customer friendly return policy considering your customers do not have an option to try items on in store.Lulu's Fashion Lounge, LLC

Please know our return policy is not designed to discourage or penalize you for needing to return. We have a 21-day return policy from when the package is delivered to strike a balance between accommodating your needs and ensuring that we are able to continue offering you great products at affordable prices. This timeframe allows time for you to decide on whether or not youre happy with your items (which is our goal!), while enabling us to preserve seasonal inventory availability for other customers.
The restocking fee helps to cover a small portion of the costs associated with processing your return, inspecting and repackaging the returned product, and maintaining the quality of products you expect from us. This allows us to keep our product prices lower and keep returned products out of landfills. If you choose to take your return in the form of store credit instead of a refund, you will receive an additional $5 credit, which could offset the restocking fee and give you greater flexibility in selecting an alternative product youd love.
We understand that shopping online can be challenging, especially when you cant see or try on the products before your purchase and we have several ways that we hope to help you shop our site. Some of the ways we can support include a team of personal stylists, who can provide fit and style recommendations based on your body type and preferences, daily published customer reviews and ratings, a comprehensive size chart, and a detailed fit finder tool accessible via our product pages.

Ordered two dresses, size M, from the buy one get one promotion. I received one M and a S. I reached out to ****** so they can rectify THEIR mistake and was told they can't send me the correct size because it was a promotional item. On their website it stated Final Sale, only size exchanges permitted. Yet, I wasn't able to exchange the size S dress, for the Correct size I had ordered. This is False Advertisement on their end. I've ordered two times from ****** and should have learned to stay away after the first order. They're a good site to get items from if you're SURE you're keeping them, and ok with getting sub-par items that will disintegrate in the wash. If you're returning anything, they will dock your returns randomly, partial credit only or no credit at all. Their returns team is hard to work with. Every other fashion company seems to know how to deal with returned items but ****'s wants the customer to pay for them regardless of shipping them back. I totally understand a restock fee but the weird game that they play where they give a partial return or only store credit even though the item is in new condition still, is so icky. Our return policy does include that products returned with damage, signs of use or wear, scuffs or markings, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy requirements and will not be accepted. Sadly the Hollywood Woman Black Satin Midi Dress included in your return was received back covered in pet hair and was unable to be restocked on site. We see we did make an exception and issued you a full refund for the item despite it not passing our quality control check.
Additionally, your most recent order had items that were part of our Buy 3 Get 1 Free promotion. Since the ****** ******* ****************************** Midi Sweater Dress was purchased as part of this deal and was returned, your refund was adjusted accordingly as your order no longer qualified for this promotion. I purchased 2 of the same dresses in different sizes. Neither fit, so I never wore them or removed the tags. I promptly returned them both. I received a refund for only one of the dresses. The other, they claimed was defective and gave me an online credit. This feels very scammy. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that dress except it didn't fit. I can shop pretty much ANYWHERE I'd like to and I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know to beware.Lulu's Fashion Lounge, LLC

All returns go through an extensive quality control check upon arrival and sadly the Fit to Frolic White Eyelet Lace Puff Sleeve Babydoll Dress was returned with dark stains on the inner lining of the dress. We would be more than happy to attach a photo of how the dress was received. Bought the emerald ***** short sequin dress. Dress was shedding right out of the package. Even though reviews said it DID NOT SHED. Wore the dress once. Cant wear again it looks like a bald alley cat. Terrible quality for a $70-85 dress I definitely expected better. Dont think Ill be purchasing from lulus again. Agree.......The rug quality is terrible and their customer service very awful. I would not buy on Etsy either as they will not back up the buyers. I would run as fast as I could away from buying from this company! The rug wore out super fast after one sitting at the dinning room table. Unbelievable and they accused me of abusing the rug with furniture! They say it arrived in good condition which it did but I never thought it would fall apart so fast! They are skewing their product reviews: I left a 1 star review for one of their dresses with photos and they never published it to their website. This on top of the shocking quality of that dress is a huge red flag.
