      I hope this review finds someone and that it may make you reconsider your choice of gym. My mother signed up for this gym paid for the year long membership. She attended frequently and enjoyed her time there. 2 months prior to the end of her first year ending, the gym suddenly closed, literally one day day it was open and then the next they completely shut down operations. I understand that my location was a franchise, and despite my calls and emails I was never able to get a straight answer regarding receiving a partial refund for the 2 months she had left. Several people my mom spoke with were in a similar situation also lost out all that money. I didn't expect a full refund, just wanted what was owed for the 2 remaining months she had left. That being said this company doesn't hold full responsibility, but if they let these people use their name company name representing them then they hold some responsibility. Clearly not enough is being done to vet who uses that name. So my advice is take your money elsewhere or else you may find yourself in a situation like this.
