    Worked with American Home Shield. Unscrupulous and disrespectful company. Came onsite and gave me wrongful diagnosis. Just want your money and not there to fix your problems. Dispatcher is very disrespectful. People can manipulate for good reviews in Yelp, but most likely would not write bad reviews about their company's. Therefore, bad reviews should not take lightly. Don't hire this company. If American Home shield or any warranty company push wolf HVAC to you, you should request to change to another company.Smart people can learn from other people's bad experiences to improve themselves. If I could lower rating, I would.

    On 7/15 ******* Roberts Wolf AC owner came out to my residence before even examining the unit he the technician provided a negative condescending ****** that this unit was old and asked if we had installed it on purpose to get it replaced by AHS warranty. He alluded that air conditioners like this were only found at ****** and that we would not be able to find such a unit in *******. Had he done good job and a real assessment or inspection of the unit he would have found the carrier product number-, Model number-, series G, serial number-and the condenser Indicating Product number-T Model number- the unit was a 5 ton unit made in the ************************ unlike the comments made by this person. His report to AHS caused them to deny repairs due to an improper capacity exclusion based on his false conclusion and poor assessment. I recommend no one use this company based on his overall attitude and condescending comments about Mexico and their products. There was no way for him to make such statements and assume, or opinion to the fact that our unit was not a five-ton unit because he never inspected it. I offer of proof the photographs of the serial numbers pertaining to both the condenser unit and the physical heater and air conditioning unit which have the model numbers indicating that they were both 60-gallon units indicating that both were five-ton units 60 divided by 12 is equivalent to a 5-ton unit and known as a 5-ton unit. A second contractor came and confirmed that my unit was not undercapacity as he erroneously stated causing the claim repair denial under the *********************

    On 7/15 we came to the home to perform a diagnostic on a AC Split System that was not cooling, upon arrival the wife let me know that the unit was newer, and installed in the last year. Upon starting my inspection, i noticed the system itself was manufactured over ten years ago, and uses R22 refrigerant, which has been phased out and not been legally allowed for installation since 2010 in **********. This alone is not a problem, but the system was almost empty on refrigerant, and the compressor was not starting, which is a very large and costly repair, as well as each pound of refrigerant, which the system holds 12 pounds in total, is nearly $165 a pound. Due to the unit being installed within a year by someone else, and the clients insurance contract being less than 30 days active since my visit, I wanted to speak to him asap.When I called to speak to ***, my immediate recommendation, with no attitude or ill will was to contact the previous contractor, who installed the unit to come out and address these concerns under his labor warranty, which in the state of CA is a minimum of 1 year. He let me know that the company that installed the unit was just a friend, and that he got a very good deal on the unit, and that the contactor is no longer reachable and that is why he has AHS. *** immediately got angry with me, called me condescending and hung up. I then wrapped up my tools, treated him, his home, and his system with respect, shook the hand of his wife, kids, and neighbor and left. My report to AHS is honest, and upfront. When I left, *** left me scathing reviews, and in order to at least appease ********** have not received payment for my visit, as well as have not rendered any service other than a diagnostic, which at this point is free. I understand you being upset, but to be this offended over a free diagnostic, with someone you have paid zero dollars to, who was respectful in your home, is ridiculous.

    Very professional, knowledgeable accessed the ** problem, handled my insurance and got the job done quickly. The entire staff was very polite. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future. They are the best. Great Job!
