    Trying to get my zizo wireless iPhone 13 ZIZO BOLT Bundle iPhone 13 Case Warranted and they told they would warranty it but I got to pay 10 bucks shipping but should not have to pay the shipping or any for the warranty seeing it called a warranty and my phone case broke and I want it replaced no cost to me for the item and no cost to me on shipping please

We are fully supporting the replacement of your bundle (The full 50$ on a replacement) but we are simply asking for the S&H for our team to send you the replacement. We did not sell the product at 50$ towards you but an authorized reseller has. 

    As a comparative example, think of Apple Products at Target. Target can sell an iPhone but the warranty & repairs are done by Apple. Similarly, we'd extend our support to you best we can but cannot waive the fee charged to us by Shipping Carriers such as ********* Etc.

    Purchased a cell phone case in June of 2023. Warranty for a year. I reached out to them to get a replacement. I was sent online and picked out the proper case. Was charged ***** for this. I received the case and they had sent the wrong one. I reached out to them again. They told me to go to the postal office and once again spend another $14 dollars just to send it back. Once this was completed I would than have to spend another 14 dollars just to get the proper phone case that they made a mistake on. I have tried to reach out several times and each time, I was treated poorly and never given a resolution to the mistake they had made. I believe they make this process difficult because they do not want people to use this warranty. With this case failing, my cell phone screen cracked and now have to replace thus

    I had bought a cell phone case with a lifetime warranty. MotoG Stylus 2022 on 5/24/2023 for the price of $49.99. At location ****************** Highway ******* ** *****. On 10/10/2023 I had went on their website to where I registered my phone case the day it was bought. I filed a claim on that page. I attached 3 pictures informing them that I need my case to be replaced. On 10/16/2023 I received an email stating that that their system doesn't allow them to view my images. Could I please send them through email along with a picture of my receipt of purchase. Which I did on 10/19/2023. On that same date the replied that they discontinued that phone model case. And the only thing they could do is offer me a $20 store credit online. In return I emailed them on 10/22/2023 that I had bought the warranty for $49.99 with a lifetime replacement. That a $20 online store credit was not acceptable. I have only had my phone case for 5 months and if they no longer carried that product that I should get refunded for what I paid for. So I can buy another case else where. A $20 dollar could on their website was not going to replace what I needed. And that I was very disappointed. on 10/23/2023 they replied that's all they can offer. so on 10/23/2023 I replied back asking where I can get the warranty that I paid for because I felt that I was being taken advantage of by paying for a warranty that was lifetime and I could not even get it replaced once. On 10/24/2023 They replied that they no longer carry that case. So I last reached out on 10/31/2023 to inform them that I'm filing a complain. Or we could settle by them returning the money I paid for the warranty or replacing my case with the same case or one of equal value. Which I believe was only fair. That was my last contact

    I purchased 2 of the ZIZO wireless cell phone cases for a brand new phone I purchased back in October of 2020, a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G model. I bought 2 cases so that if/when one broke I would not be without one while I was waiting for a replacement. The main reason I purchased these particular cases were the lifetime warranty, but also the protection offered, reviews, styles available and finally the price. Back in late 2022, after about 2 years of usage, the 1st case starting having issues and the kickstand broke. I swapped cases and called the company, but nobody ever answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. I tried emailing them, but again I received no response. I tried doing an online chat directly from their website, but got no response other than an automated one. I've called the Belaji Trading company and finally spoke to a real person, but he wanted me to send him all of my personal information and said he would look into it and pass the information along to see if he could help. I'm not giving a random person all of my information, not with identity theft being so prevalent. I want to know how and why this company can get away with selling their garbage products in major cell phone stores and online claiming to offer a lifetime warranty, but when their products eventually break they close up all roads of communication and ignore people who have paid good money for their products. This is a company that needs to be investigated and closed down. They make other sellers look bad and clearly have no intention of actually honoring their warranty. How can they falsely advertise something they do not honor? That is theft by deception and they need to refund everybody who has ever purchased their products. It's not even about the money, it's the fact that a company gets away with ripping off countless people and not being held accountable.

    I purchased 2 life time warranty phone cases one after the other broke so I had one to use while the broken one was being replaced.clearly states life time warranty and both broke the same day.they played games with me saying one thing doing another and trying to require me to pay 10$ for shipping after I wasted 100$ on 2 faulty products that both broke the same day of purchase. I tried to have them honor their warranty but keep insisting that I'm supposed to pay 10 for shipping then have dealt with 2 other companies other than the original company I purchased the case from.. went from a metro store that it was purchased in then to zizowireless then to someone else that led me to a company that had me talking to a ai computer that did nothing to honor their word..there trying to play terms of service but you have to go to another website and each site has different terms of service that I'm tired of going in circles with..

Think of Nokia as the manufacturer and dealers like T-Mobile as the owner of the item. We would love to replace the whole entire KIT for you, which means, the Tempered Glass, Holster Clip, Case, Kickstand, & Lanyard would be apart of the whole replacement.     They done nothing but have a ai system respond I'm not asking for a entire new anything..I'm asking for what broke to be replaced..if they didn't hear I bought 2 both broke the very same way..I already have extra everything..there playing games and quiet frankly I'm tired of the back and forth with them doing everything but honor the warranty..I'm not the only person who also stated they had the same problems..

    I paid over 100 hundred dollars and all I want is for a product that doesn't break the very same day I purchased it .if that the case I'll be sending shipping and handling every time I get a new one.. they are acting like they are doing me a favor making a single father raising a 6 year old alone.i don't have money to waste I bought the product because I wanted something good that would last and if broke would be replaced..

    I feel robbed.they sell a product and hidden on the back is a link to take you to a company that isn't even them it's another third party app ..If you sell a product put everything on the product..I have a learning disability and don't have time to be made a fool of because they can't keep the word of the lifetime warranty that both products broke after a day..all I'm asking is for one working product that is not broken..I could be asking for both then in their mind if have to pay twice just because they can't be honest..I feel it violated the federal trade commission law of deceptive business practices..if I can't get at least one working product that's all I'm asking for then I'll file a consumer complaint..

    I purchased 4 of their lifetime warranty screen protectors for our 4 phones. They make the process to get a replacement so difficult to begin with, as they don't save your product information or receipt you provide when you register, as well as charging you $9.99 in shipping, which is almost half the cost of them new, so we usually wait until 3 or 4 of of ours are cracked before we file. I typically save the cracked screen photos in a separate folder, and when I uploaded the photos for the warranty, I didn't realize that the 2 photos I had just taken didn't get moved and mistakenly sent 2 old ones as well as 2 current ones. When they brought it to my attention, I apologized, corrected it, and sent the new photos. Now they are saying because I made a mistake, even though it was immediately corrected, that they will not honor the warranty. I have all the emails going back and forth that show all of this. I even gave my number and asked that a supervisor or manager call me, to which they only replied with the exact same email as the previous one, and continue to say that they are old photos, even though the images have the dates on them. I even went as far as underlining g rhw date in red when I showed them again.

    This company does not honor their warranty. The screen protector broke with 30 days of purchase. Now they want me to pay excessive shipping. Bait and switch offer a non existent warranty Noone answers customer service line instead some random person emails you from a non company email asking for money.
