    This company is a complete scam. It took 2 weeks for my package to arrive. Tried on clothing same day and realized clothing didn’t fit properly. The company has a 15 day return policy, but require an email to them first requesting the return mailing address and order number. The company states they’ll get back to you in 24 hours. The email is a complete run around email. They don’t provide a return mailing address, state the buyer is responsible for the return label and mailing fees and say don’t send the clothes back to the address received from. They try to offer a partial credit and a $5 future discount instead of a refund. I emailed back saying I want to return clothes for a refund and haven’t received a response. It’s been 3 days, that’s 72 hours. Not 24 hours like the company says. Based on other complaints, this seems like common practice with this business. This business is a complete scam. They have no intention of refunding their customers and are stealing money. I received the package on May 24th, sent first email on May 25th, received run around reply on May 29th. I spent $68 on clothes, and the company hasn’t attempted to resolve request. My order number number ends in ****.

    I ordered from Meet.Curve, swimsuits totaling 114.56, I emailed the company the day I received the items asking for a return address and refund. They continue to email me back asking me to keep the items and offering only partial credit. I do not want the items, they do not fit and they refuse to give me a return address to send the items back. They are giving me the run around, it’s a scam. I want the return address to send the items and get my full refund.

    Keep in mind, their return policy states 'Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted." Purchased 3 swimsuits, need to return two of them as they didn't fit. Items received 5/12/23. Emailed their "customer support" because there is no phone number, to obtain return information. No response for 48 hours. I then get a response asking me to keep the swimsuits and they will give me a $5 credit toward a future purchase. I then asked for the return address/info again. 48 hours later I get a response stating their return address is "********* ** ***** USA" No actual address. Along with asking if I can accept a $40 refund, and keep the suits. I DON'T WANT TO KEEP THESE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. They are wasting my "15 days" of being able to return these to get a full refund of $69.98. SCAMMERS

    The company is giving me the run around instead of adhering to their return policy. They have a 15 day return policy but they require an email with the tracking number. I emailed and they sent a message back saying I would need to return them and pay for shipping, don’t send them to the address I revived them from, and they tried to offer a partial credit and a $5 future discount instead of a refund. I said I would pay shipping, I refused the partial refund, and I asked for the information I need to complete the return. I received another message that still did not give the information I needed to actually complete the return. I only have fifteen days to return and this back and forth once a day will have me out of time fast. Here is my order number: ****************** I spent more than $300. I read the return policy before I made my purchase and knew I would have to get everything back faster than usual. It looked fine so I didn’t research it. I should have. It sounds like this is a common practice.

    Below is the email I sent after the second time they responded asking me to take a 50% refund and not return a bathing suit that doesn't fit me. They will not give me the returns address despite their website saying they will if you email them. I do not want to keep something that doesn't fit. I don't want a partial refund or a coupon (I will not be ordering anything again from you after this experience). I want to return the item ASAP. Please give me the address to send it to. I don't want to answer the same question again - I just want the shipping address and my refund. I really don't think I should have to ask twice. This all feels very scammy. You're asking me to keep something I don't want and can't use while you keep most of my money. That's 100% not ok. Even more upsetting is that your company is very good at getting your products in front of people on social media and your products are appealing to plus-sized women - which is a rare thing. But plus-sized women have enough of a hard time shopping for clothing. We cannot shop in stores so we rely on being able to order, try on, and return when things don't work. We're aware that we sometimes will have to pay for shipping to return things, but it is the only way we can try things and figure out clothing that works for us. It's a hardship and it can be expensive. It takes time and effort on top of the stigma the fashion world puts on larger bodies. If this is your target market, you need to do better. You need to have an easy return system in place and not make the process harder for women who are already having to try so hard to find clothes that fit. I'm very disappointed. Do better.

    Back in late January 2023 I placed an order for over $250 worth of suits. It took nearly 3.5 weeks for the order to arrive. I tried them on and none of them fit the way they were described on the site. Sizes were off. Some were way too large and some much smaller than described. I reached out and requested meet.curve share the shipping address to return the items., which is what it says on their website. They offered me $40 and told me to give the suits to someone else. I again requested the address. After a week with no response from the company I tried shipping the order to an address I found online, the box came back to me. I have spent over 3 weeks now trying to get a response and all they keep telling me is > Our return address is in ********* *** ** ***** *  > We are happy to accept your return, If we have got your return parcel, we would be happy to refund your money Buyer beware. This company lies and plays games with its customers.

    curve has refused to give me their address to return unused swimsuits that did not fit. I have several emails as proof. they will not simply tell me where to send the returns. Hello, Your prompt reply is much appreciated. We are happy to provide you address in the next email . I have never heard of such a thing! now they want to only give me part of the money back! For a right refund and a right product number we could provided ,May you tell me which items would you like to return ? or which items you want to keep?     Before placing my order I emailed curve ocean/meet curve. I asked about their return policy and wanted the address since shipping would be on me if they didn't fit. They gave me the state of New York as a return location and at the time that was sufficient. I received 3 swimsuits of which none came close to fitting. I opened another ticket via email requesting an address to return the items and a full refund. They said they would give me $28 and a $5 coupon????? I again asked for an address and a full refund and have since been ghosted by them. My order was over $100 and I don't want any products from this company since they don't fit properly and just want my money back.
