    I ordered 2 swim suits from ****************. Their website states that returns are easy and offers an email only for return support. They give you 30 days to return their items. The address on the bottom of their website says US. But I have been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks because they want me to accept a lesser price return instead of shipping it back. Their reason being that shipping costs would be expensive because it is to ********* and that I should talk with my PO about prices. They haven't even given me the option of return, but keep giving me options for keeping the suits in exchange for store credit or SOME money back. I will never wear these suits and would not have bought them if I didn't think I could return them. I am concerned they are doing this to steal money in hopes people will give up trying. They need to stop!

    Purchased a bathing suit from online business SHECURVE in January. They said it would be shipped within the week.Received it a month later and the sizing is not what the website described and the quality is terrible.The website provides an email address to contact with issues. I have reached out 3 times and each time, received an automatic response from "*****" indicating I would be contacted within the following 72 hours. This does not occur.I attempted to use the "live chat" function and only after inputting all of my information does it say that the function has been disabled and email is the only way to contact them.This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered... because there is no way to contact anyone.

    I placed order with company on February 12, 2025 order number ******.I paid for expedited shipping so I could get my items in 2-3 days. I have not received my order and customer service is no help. I keep asking for refund but no one seems to care.

    Id like some help with a $36.88 transaction from SheCurve on October 18, 2024 at 3:41PM. I never received this order and I have reached out to the merchant and they stated they cancelled my order and I should have a credit within 5-7 business days but that was over 6 weeks ago. I believe this is a fraudulent company . There are also numerous complaints about this company under the BBB name of Sea Curve

    07/20/2024 purchase items with order # ************ and items were sent back 2 weeks after in August and still no refund. I get the same ******** that my refund is being processed. Its almost December and no refund.

    I made a purchase with this company in early October 2024 and the merchandise they sent me was not what was advertised. I asked for a refund and they agreed to give me back half the cost. I am yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them repeatedly and they have responded with the same responses over and over. They wont speak with me on the phone and they wont let me speak with a supervisor. It has not been a month and I am no closer to resolving my issue.

    I purchased 4 bras on this website September 29, 2024. When I try to track it, They have no record of my purchase even though they gave me a confirmation and order number. Theres no way to talk to anyone. Ive emailed them with no response. They also are working with Afterpay so maybe this is something that needs to be reported with them as well. When I ordered they advised I would receive my order within 15 days and I still havent received it and cant speak to anyone to get my money back. They did email me roughly ******************************************** 5 days and I still dont have it. I believe this company is scamming people and I would like a refund of my money.

    This company is absolutely horrible! They sent me USED product and when I reached out they told me it would be to expensive to ship back and offers 20% off coupon and that they would refund me $41. Its been well over a month of failed and fake promises of my refund being processed and then having a rushed processing put on it. Excuses as to the company has an influx of orders so its taken awhile, its been over a month now and nothing. Im left with a used and broken bathing suit and two unevenly sewn bodysuits. Never again Im out $90.

    She Curve order placed July 3rd, received the falsified sized items almost 30 days later. Have been emailing since Aug1st 2024 for a refund that this company keeps saying is being processed but have yet to refund my money. I have all email threads and they will not provide a corporate ph number nor an invoice showing my refund has been processed. They lie and they don't refund customers. I have 4 bras and a pair of shorts I can't wear nor will ever be able to fit because they falsified their sizes were US measurements and it's not. I want my refund and will seek my lawyer if I have to! Don't BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to be baned in the ** to sell.
